I wrote a review for another nail salon with a very similar name as Organix and posted here by accident. I cannot seem to completely delete my review. Since I didn’t like the other business, I will try here next time.

I made a mistake in my gel mani and pedi appt. I was very surprised when the receptionist didn’t even look at the calendar to try to accommodate me for a different time. Instead, she suggested that I go to a different nail salon which I did. I wonder if the owner knows that she lost $ 100 today (and for the future) b/​c there was no effort made in accommodating a customer? Their loss and a different salon’s gain.

Not impressed. The woman who cut my hair didn’t seem to know what she was doing and I had to wait a long time to check out because the receptionist kept taking phone calls.
