Wanted to treat my mom to a nice day out and decided to get our nails done. The guy that did her mani and pedi was awesome. She was completely happy with her experience… Myself on the other hand was not. Completely upset with my nails. They were bulky at the cuticles. I asked her to thin it out. She did and rushed through it cutting me not once but twice with the tools. She thinned them down to much and now I have bubbles on my nails. I can honestly say I will never go back. I even showed her a picture of what I wanted … Smh totally unhappy.

I just left this place in tears because it was so bad and I am upset that I wasted my birthday treat here. Please go literally anywhere else in HEB. When I came in I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the woman in charge said yes. When time came to paint my nails she said this very very simple design that had been ok when I came in was too hard. She waited until i had no choice and was nearly done. I wish I had not stopped here cause now I am either suck with nails that make me so unhappy I cry when I see them, or pay to have them redone somewhere decent. They did not give two sh*ts for how upset I am by the way.

I went to this place 11/27/2013 it was the worst experience I have ever had in my 14 years of getting my nails and toes done. I accompanied my sister because this is where she goes. I wanted a pedicure and was going to get a full set as well. We walked in a were promptly sat in pedi chairs. There was what seemed to be the main lady in charge and another nail tech doing a girls nails at a table. So the main lady started on my sis while I read a magazine. About 5 minutes later and man rushes thru the front door, hangs his coat, sits at my chair and begins to do my feet. The whole pedicure was a rush job. There was no time spent pushing back and cutting my cuticles, he took no time to scrub and get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet, and when he polished my toes and 3 year old could have done better. He polished them all over the place and then took the polish remover with a brush to try to clean up the mess. So my pedicure lasted not a second over 15 minutes and after he finished he got up and walked out the back door. Throughout the pedicure I was consulting with my sister who agreed this was a HOTMESS. I was so livid I didn’t know what to do. I told the lady«Look at my feet, there’s dead skin still under my foot, the polish is all over my skin!’ When the lady got done with my sister, stood up and was like«$ 20 dolla» So my sister asked her«Did you hear what she said?!’ She replied, «If you no like your polish or color I redo for you» I was like no because that’s not even the main issue. So in the meantime she’s just looking at me with her hand out. I didn’t want any drama so I pull my wallet out and she looks and says«Whoa lotta money!»(I had at least $ 500 with me) I looked back at her, smirked and gave her the $ 20 no tip. I will never go to this place again on my WORST day. My sisters pedicure wasn’t that bad, at least hers lasted 5 minutes longer than mine and her polish was in the lines. Then come to find out there were different types of deluxe pedicures on this list I could have gotten that were never offered. This place is so not worth it.

I wanted to share what was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The first time I visited, I was very underwhelmed at the appearance of the place. Very basic. When I took a seat in the pedicure chair, a woman who appeared to be in charge somehow, said she had to «find» the woman who would be giving me the pedicure. She opened the door to the parking lot and screamed and waved for the second woman to come in. I found this to be tacky and unprofessional, but ignored it and received a pretty decent pedicure and good massage. The second time I went back was to be the last. The same woman appeared, once again, to be the only one in the shop. She was working on someone’s fingernails, in the finishing steps from what I could tell. Keep in mind, the outside of the building clearly states they allow walk-ins. So, that’s what I did. She looked at me as I walked in and I asked if I could have a pedicure. She said«It’ll be a few minutes, I’m still busy,» which was fine with me. I sat in a chair and started playing on my phone — I swear almost TWO minutes went by and then the woman looked at me and said, I kid you not,“Ma’am? I don’t have time for you.“ I have never used a curse word toward anyone in a business before that day, but I was pretty miffed and had to let her know how ridiculous their establishment is. Not sure why she let me waste my time sitting in that dump just to tell me she had no time for a paying and well-tipping customer. I gladly moved on to a beautiful salon with better customer service.
