I’ve been getting massage therapy for over 30 years. This was the worst massage therapist I’ve ever had. I wanted deep tissue and I barely felt her despite telling her upfront that I’m require an abnormal amount of pressure. The room was freezing as were the time floors, probably because the rooms were in the basement. The overall appearance is very nicely done, but that didn’t do my aching muscles any good. Also, the therapist’s hands were so cold the entire time I could barely stand it. At the end I’m accustomed to having the therapist ask if the therapy was effective, what could they do differently/​better the next time, but she didn’t seem to care. I will not go back and this person has missed out on a very good potential client as I generally go every two weeks and give a generous tip… not here, I won’t be back.

Save your money! Horrible experience, horrible customer service! Hair is fried after two colors, neither of which look like the picture given. Don’t think for a minute they want to please their paying customers! I’ll never return.
