McDonald’s

This McDonald’s suck, to blatantly put it. I went through a drive thru once and I was ordering some ice coffee. I was sure to tell them that I wanted cream and sugar. When I got to the window, I asked again to confirm and not ruin my day with a wrong order. The worker said it in a way that I just didn’t understand. She said cream and sooogar! After I asked her to repeat it a couple of times, she groaned and rolled her eyes. So I was like never mind and drove away with my coffee. Pretty rude if you ask me.
Now this McDonalds used to have a ketchup dispenser, but now they took it away and provide ketchup packs instead. That’s just horrible. Stop being so cheap and get the ketchup dispenser back ! I’ve already filled out a survey regarding this, but I don’t know if that’ll change anything.

I had a great experience at this location, The staff was friendly, food was fresh and hot, location is clean inside and out. Perfect to stop in and get a quick bite. I will go back if I am in the area and hungry!

Bad service all the time and bad food half the time. Fries are oftentimes bitter from old oil and burgers are always drenched in sauce or ketchup. Manager is terrible, clearly hired to fill some quota. An exercise in political correctness gone wrong. Some cashiers barely speak English. Manager harassed me while I was eating, got pissed off that I reported her to corporate. The imbeciles there did nothing. McDonalds is losing business to fast food chains that know how to hire.

Got off the highway do to stopped traffic & used the drive-​thru. Service was fast & food was hot & fresh.

To be sure, McDonalds isn’t the best source of nourishment– we all know that. I can’t expect 5 star service either… That being said this is the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They used to be better, but when we come its usually later in the evening, and we only come very rarely now. Today was one of those days. We were asking the guy what happened to the grilled chicken sandwich combo. He kept insisting it was #11 I said doesn’t that have bacon, I don’t want bacon. He insisted it didn’t. I got home and opened it up and there was bacon, the mayo I specifically asked not to have and also cheese. We basically got a chicken club. I had a retail me not coupon and showed it to the guy and asked if he could take 10% off he said I have no idea and swiped out card and we asked «what are you doing? We should have gotten 10% off!» he said «Maybe next time!» We talked to the manager to rectify the situation. First I was disappointed to see the manager walking over because I realized it was the guy we hated to ring us up or hand out our food. He had no customer service skills at all and was always rude to us. He didn’t he proceeded to tell us that the coupon works and how to cash it in. We had already done everything he said. He walked away and did nothing. We have a family of 6 so our order would have scored us a few bucks off– not a fortune, but I only chose McDs because of this coupon tonight. We forgot one thing so my husband ran back in to get it and the guy apologized and said he slipped a coupon for a free meal in the bag– there wasn’t one. This entire time we kept smiles on our faces and tried to be upbeat and positive, but that got us no where. I’m not the kind to rant at McDonald’s so I decided to rant here instead and decide never to go back! I love Wendy’s so much more anyway.

It’s McDonalds. Cheap. Dependable. Best value for the price around.
If you order the standard menu items, they do a pretty good job. If you give them a special order, be sure to check it as their error rate is higher than 50%. Some of that is a result of the turnover in personnel and some is that a number of the employees are not fluent in English. They almost all have a good attitude, however, and are happy to fix their mistakes.
Drive-​through people miss a lot of the extras, like salt, straws and napkins. They are happy to supply all those things but you often need to remind them.

Got food poisoning here. Great place for a burger and a colon cleanse.

Horrible service and order is always wrong. Have been here on more than one occasion thinking it was a fluke. They forget something everytime and everyone that works here seems like they hate their job. What happened to customer service? You will not find it here. Will not come here again. Will drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

Crappy mcdonalds ever! Went there with my kids a few Friday’s ago. I had to send our fries back cause they were cold, something I’ve never had to do before at any mcdonalds. There were bunch of employees just bullshitting around. I think because it’s the only mcdonalds in the area they can get away with being mediocre. Good coffee though.

For a McDonalds restaurant, this place is pretty decent. Clean seats and tables, a stylish section in the center of the restaurant, a soft drink fountain to fill your own soft drinks. The only drawback was that every time we visited, the food was not very «fast» as in the time it takes for us to get the food from the time we ordered.

Stop here in the morning on my way to work & they are always on top of their game… The drive-​thru backs up sometimes, but they keep it moving… Typical food as you would expect at McDonalds, just better service here!

This review is for the Carmel Mocha Latte. For a meager price of only $ 1.79 for a med. This latte is as good as Starbucks in my opinion. Good Work Micky D’s

Now that I know which McDonald’s this is, I can say it is probably the best one I’ve EVER been to! You’d almost think it’s a real restaurant or something! The service is always great, the place is immaculate and the food is always up to specifications and hot!
