Loving Touch Flower And Gift Shop

I have only had two experiences with The Loving Touch Flower and Gift Shop but both of them have been excellent!
My first encounter was in April when I was in town visiting my sister. I had looked for some flowers in the grocery store down the road, but to no avail so I was directed to this florist. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it was after 5:00p.m. and the store was closed. However, the staff saw me and came and unlocked the door to let me in and let me eat their fresh made candy while we chatted. They even offered to make an arrangement for me right then if I wanted to wait a little bit. I ended up not but had hoped to come back the next day but was unable to.
My second chance to deal with them came this week with the passing of my sister. When I called, Bethany, (one of the owners) answered the phone and was very pleasant. She was very helpful, directing me to their website and how to pick arrangements that would be perfect for a less than perfect day. She was also very clear about when I should call back by to ensure that the arrangement made it to the funeral home. I did call back and this time spoke to another employee who was very knowledgable and worked with me to honor the pricing that Bethany and I had spoken about. The flowers arrived at the funeral home with no problems and they were spectacular. The Morning Star arrangement that I ordered was very large and the quality of the flowers was superb!
Although I do not live locally, if I ever had a reason to go back to Bedford, P.A., I would certainly use this florist again.

I have not posted in a long time, there were places worthy of a review, but with all going on in my life, nothing was worthy enough for me to take the time, but Loving Touch has convinced me that I do need to shout this out!
Minus 10 stars Linda! Two floral arrangements were sent to my daughter, one via FTD, one via Flowers From You, argh to both! Super arghs to Loving Touch!!!
Both arrangements were mostly greens, I hate greens, period, in an arrangement, to me they look cheap. The arrangements were 90% greens and nothing of what I ordered.
One arrangement was to be 15 tulips of various colors and nothing else. Instead they were a vase of greens with limp pink and red tulips stuck here and there, all in full bloom and laying over the sides of the pricey greens.

instead it was 95% greens, no orange roses, no yellow carnations, and about six daisies.
Linda is not in the mood of caring whether you like it or not, avoid Loving Touch at all costs.
