They seem more invested in selling instruments and rentals versus doing repairs. I had dropped off my daughter’s flute to be repaired almost 5 months ago. After 6 phone calls, and no return messages, or any repairs, I picked it up today to take it some place else. This complete lack of service or courtesy occurred even after I spent a great deal of money on an upgrade flute from them 4 months ago! Their excuse — «Too busy»(to even take my phone calls, I guess!”).

After a negative rental experience at another music store, I came to Leonards for a tenor sax rental. The price was decent and the experience was professional. So far so good. I would consider purchasing from them if/when the time comes.
