I have been coming here for close to 4 years but I have definitely noticed a decline in service and cleanliness which is very disappointing. They underestimate their wait times and they tend to overbook so even if you have an appointment you could be left waiting 10 – 20 minutes. Overall I think I’ll need to start looking elsewhere in the area for a place to get nails and eyebrows done.

It was my first time being at this nail shop. When I first got there I was greeted nicely, they got me in quick. I needed a gel fill in. The girl did my nails ok. Two days later the gel chipped then peeled off. I went back to get them fixed, the lady at the front desk tried to do them but did not know how so I had to go to someone else for them to fix it then back to her. When I got back to her she messed up them up again. I didn’t have time to stay, she offered a discount the next time I was to come in. A day later the same thing happened again. My advice is not to get gel.

I’ve only been here once, for a pedicure. It wasn’t bad, but not great. Slightly overpriced, for a basic pedicure, no extras included for that price. It may have been because I was the only customer (around 4:00 on a weekday) and the only employee I saw once I walked in was the male manicurist who did the pedi. It was just slightly uncomfortable. I will say that the pedicure was fine. I just won’t go back…

I was a little nervous going here since there were no reviews on this place and I had no clue where to go for nails since I am not from texas. I was very pleasantly surprised! The salon was nice & clean, the staff was very friendly and best of all, they were CLEAN! I saw my nail girl take the implements out of an autoclave bag which meant the tools were sterilized. (above and beyond what is required by state board). They seemed to have a nice clientel so they seem to be a pretty legit salon. If I am back in that area again, I will be back.
