Genetti’s Wine & Spirits

It has moved and is called Lincoln Liquors now. Much bigger space and selection, but the bottle return policy is awful. They have the same machine as before and it rejects everything you feed it. Sign on the machine blames the Manufacturer and says «Don’t complain to my Clerks about this.» It also says it rejects items that they don’t sell, but I found it rejected most items including those that they do sell. Clearly the Management has heard many complaints and wrote up a sign as a response. They have the space now to do a proper bottle return if they wanted to. I will not shop where the Management will not support the Customers on bottle return. There are two other package stores in town and the one by Stop and Shop has a great selection AND a no hassle bottle return system. It is a necessary part of being in the business. These guys don’t want to be bothered. I didn’t complain to the clerk, I’m simply posting here and will not shop at Genetti’s /​Lincoln Liquors anymore.

Great selection of beers and great customer service. Cheapest liquor store in the area.

This is my only stop on Thirsty Thursday. They have a great selection of beer, wine, and hard alcohol and their employees are really friendly too.
I talked to this guy Garrett that works there (he’s the manager I believe). He knew the in’s and out’s of all the different alcohol they sell, which I was very impressed with (some places you go to are clueless). He even helped me pick out a wine for a dinner party I went to (which was a huge hit btw!)
I highly recommend Genetti’s for all your future liquor purchases!

Meh. Selection is ok but the rest leaves a bit to be desired. Prices are relatively high compared to other stores within driving distance, the smell is off-​putting, the employees are less than cordial and, while there’s a separate line for lottery ticket sales, prepare to wait at the counter while the checkout person is camped out at the lottery area printing out quick-​picks.
We used to shop here when we originally moved to town because it was on our route home. We now travel a few minutes off route to other spots.

A pretty standard small town liquor store. I’m not a wine expert but they seem to have a pretty decent selection for their size. They dont sell anything bigger than an 18 pack of beers so avoid if youre going to throw a huge party. They have keno and scratch tickets too.
