Always saw this place on Unilocal but I think the long title which included(café, catering, & specialty foods) scare me off. This place is a nice little hidden gem within the medical center off hawthorn road. It has homemade soups and nice salads. It’s really relaxed and they have everything you could possibly want that is healthy and also some cute little baked goods. try the grilled bacon and cheese sandwich and the homemade corn bread. Definitely should have tried it sooner!

Went for lunch for the first time today with my daughter. She had chicken caprese and a salad. The salad was fresh, and great house dressing. The chicken was perfect, seasoned and moist. I had the stuffed peppers, they were excellent. Needed salt, but otherwise delicious. Everything was hat and clearly prepared fresh. I moved to an apartment close by recently and will become a regular!

Cute café and conveniently located. Food was not tasty! I got the quiche. just ok. I also got the«Vermonter»… Yuk! I threw the whole thing away. My mom got a tuna melt and hated it. Won’t go again.

This place is fantastic. It took me a minute to find. If you blink you’ll go over the bridge and pass it. It’s in the same building as the NH Neurospine institute. I ordered a sausage soup to start, it was rich and meaty, very good! On special today they had a Lobster BLT — large pieces of lobster. The atmosphere is casual and it’s very earthy. Love this place! I’ll definitely be back again!

This place is an oasis of friendly comfortable goodness! Stopped in while on the road headed out from the Manchester airport. Such wholesome good food… Like what you might have at home, only done much better! Just had a simple turkey sandwich… But it hit the spot.

Great food, I enjoyed a wrap and look forward to trying other items. Nice place to grab lunch and relax, off the beaten path.

This place is amazing. The people who work here are so sweet and extremely helpful. They always have homemade soups and usually have 2 or 3 a day. The soup are very good and they even let you try them. The soups are not over salty and have great flavor. They also usually have a chili available too. The chili comes in a huge bowl and very hearty. The sandwiches here are also great. My favorite is the chicken salad. It has very light mayo. The tuna salad is also great here. The turkey is over roasted and is very think. They have a variety or different breads and wraps. I have never had there salads here but they look great. They also have a special salad of the week. I love how this place always has specials and the owner makes everything from scratch. This is a great find in Bedford.

Privately owned quaint little café in Bedford with delicious freshly prepared soups, stews, salads, wraps, quiche, specialty sandwiches, entrees, and baked goods. I was too full to try their freshly prepared pumpkin whoopie pie, but may have to go back another day for coffee & dessert. Have to admit, I bought some of their pumpkin caramel candy… danger, too good — they’re addictive! Lovely inviting atmosphere with occasional live music. We went there for their Autumn Fest, when they celebrated the 5th year in business at this current location: OCT’14. Exceptional service & friendly staff, with a special shout out to Taylor Huelle.

Great stop for a delicious sandwich! Soups, salads are great also. I haven’t tried any of the homemade entrees but they look great. Everything is made in house including the bread. Love their sandwiches, very fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for a healthy lunch or dinner. Hidden in a medical building but worth finding!

Delicious lunch food, great homemade iced tea(ever-so-slightly sweetened, which is hard to find).

Landed at Manchester airport around lunch time, and looked for a spot that would work well for my Dad, stepmom, husband, and me. After driving past it twice and going back to try a different turn off the highway, I called and they told me if was in a medical building. The food was well worth the trouble. I had pineapple gazpacho and a half sandwich. My husband had a salad with turkey instead of chicken. My parents were also pleased with their selection. It was all fresh and delicious.

Really delicious homemade food! They have some grocery items(chips, jams, coffee, baked goods, etc.), but I really go for the yummy food. They have daily specials and soups, which are always homemade. I particularly love the Spinach Salad, which has onion vinaigrette, a dressing I’ve never even heard of and works so well with this salad(beware of onion breath afterwards though). Another favorite is the turkey/stuffing sandwich, it’s like the day after Thanksgiving sandwich we all know and love so much. If you’re looking for a great local café where the staff knows your name and makes their own food, this place is for you.

Our office caters in from ETG quite often but I’d never visited the café before. The good is just as good. Fresh, high-class ingredients. Sandwiches and soups. The café is a little cluttered to my taste and there really are few«gifts» if you don’t count the foodstuffs or gift baskets that are available. Nice patio. Plenty of parking.

I had a sweet potato lentil soup – kinda weird pairing of hearty and sweet flavors, but overall pretty good. The title of this place is misleading – there are no gifts! It’s a higher class café type area. Friendly service, not a huge food variety.

This is a great place to stop and get dinner on the way home for work… on those nights where you simply do not want to cook! The food is very flavorful and is well made. The only small issue that I have is that it is a bit pricey… not enough to stop me from going back… but…just a touch(get it, punny? :-)) One thing to definitely try, as several others have said, is the Chicken Salad. Yummy! And… I got mine on a wrap… where I could only eat half! Very very good. Another time I had a pork loin with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. Again, this was VERY good… lots of flavor and just right for warming up in the nuclear machine when I got home. This meal, however, is where I ran into the money… a perfect size for one meal, but, all in, it was over $ 17…for a meal that I took home and nuked. Hmmm…$ 12 – 14 would probably have felt more right. Again, however, I will be back… often…as the food is very good.

Delicious! We love Debbi and all the food that Extra Touch Gourmet has. I believe we have tried almost everything off of the large tray catering menu. My personal favorite is the vegetable lasagna. They do a fantastic job!!! Very reasonable as well.

Our office eats lunch here several times per week, and the food is always great. The portions are huge, and very flavorful. Their weekly specials are varied and very delicious. Their chocolate chip cookies are yummyliscious! Our favs are the Signature salad, the chicken salad, stuffed peppers, quiche and the Vermonter. They also have meals that are great to pick up for dinner. Prices are very reasonable. Tables are available for sitting and the atmosphere is very cozy. The owner is sweet and always says hi. Please note they have moved their location from Atwood Lane — they are now in the Neurospine Inst. building — across from Daniel Webster Animal Hospital.

LOCATED at the NH Neurospine Institute. — — — — — — — — — — — — - After making a bank run for my company, I was heading over to Kilton Road via the Stop & Shop Plaza and I came across Extra Touch Gourmet, which is a gourmet store/café & catering business operated out of a house, located off the beaten path. I decided to stop in for a to-go lunch. They stock gifts, jams, relishes, salsa, Feridies nuts, Stonewall Kitchen items, chips, coffee(A&E), and a lunch counter with open kitchen serving sandwiches, wraps, soups, homemade salads, quiche, homestyle entrees, and baked goods. Ready to heat items are available. All wraps served with chips are $ 5.95 and half sandwich with soup or salad combos are offered too. See the menu at There’s seating inside and patio seating outside in the back. I got the Chicken Salad Wrap($ 5.95 plus tax) which came with a bag of Deep River Snacks Chips. The Chicken Salad Wrap was excellent, which also had a touch of grapes and pineapple too. I returned two days later and they ran out of Chicken Salad, and I was told it was the most popular wrap here. I order the Turkey Club($ 5.95 plus tax) which was a pretty good, a bit on the salty side from the bacon and deli turkey meat. The Chocolate Chip Cookie($ 1.50) was soft and went well with my coffee back at the office. I can’t wait to order the Chicken Salad Wrap again!
