I am updating this after a recent experience. My middle son rides an old Trek we purchased used several years ago. I’ve offered to buy a new one, but he loves this bike. Recently he told me it needed repairs. After a quick ride around the block I noticed it was a wee bit wobbly and needed some adjustments. I took it in to Bicycles Inc because it was on the way to an appointment. I decided to give them an opportunity to prove me wrong, and that they did. They could have taken advantage of me, but the young man who helped me did not. He oiled and adjusted the old bike(and noticed the slight wobble in the front tire) for twenty five bucks, and did not try to sell me a new bike to replaced the worn, but loved one my son rides every afternoon. This my friends is redemption.
