I am reviewing as I am still waiting. Have been here over an hour and a half. There may have been a lot of people in the parking lot. But the waiting room was pretty empty. Took over an hour to just been seen in any way. Now after taking vitals I sit and wait for at least another 30 min.(pending). Avoid this place. You would be better served going. On web md while your standing in Walgreens. At any point I expect to see I am on some bad reality show. Update. At the 2 hour mark I walked out. This place is a joke. Rather than apologize the«Doctor«told me that I should go somewhere else. Not«we are sorry, we are backed up» or any form of apology. Very unprofessional

This place is fantastic! They had all my information from last time and got me in and out in less than 15minutes! The staff is friendly and professional and the doctor on duty took the time to explain my diagnosis. I can’t say enough good things about this place that truly loves up to its name!

I probably won’t go there again for several reasons: 1. The doctor did not examine me. He threw multiple antibiotics at my problem while admitting that that was not the ideal approach, «but this is urgent care.» This is not antibiotic stewardship. People who do this are part of the reason we are losing antibiotics to super bugs, urgent care or not. Providers who do this are not following the standard of care and they are putting your health at risk. I could not believe what I was hearing. 2. I don’t actually know that the«doctor» was really a doctor. I was given the impression he was, but the bill indicated that he was a nurse. 3. The instructions I was given in the exam room were completely different than the instructions written on my prescription bottles. 4. This is the main reason I likely will not return: The provider(nurse, physician, whatever) coded my visit as a level 3 visit and then charged $ 325 for it. I went there for a simple UTI and the provider never laid a finger on me. I have read that more and more urgent care centers are trying to get away with this with UTI patients and it is not only inappropriate, in some cases it is illegal. Here is what a level 3 visit requires: If you find a level 3 visit on your bill and the visit does not meet these criteria, call the company and complain. In my case, they recoded the visit to a much more appropriate level 2 and subtracted around $ 100 from my bill, but what about all of those people who just pay up and don’t bother complaining or don’t know any better? That’s what practices that do this are hoping for. 5. Finally, there are many other alternatives in the area now. I’m not in a situation where I’m stuck with this clinic with no other options, so why would I go back and risk being overcharged or over-treated with multiple antibiotics again?
