The staff was super friendly, i was told that i only needed a certain amount to put down on a car so i put 1200 down to hold it to bring in the remainder. Once u put down that money u cant get it back so your stuck basically. And thats what happened, they wanted more money than what was agreed to and I couldn’t afford it. But i did end up getting a 2005… When i was looking at a 2011 smh. Overall its a great place to go to if you don’t have good credit. If you have good credit, don’t waste your time here. I would recommend this place to anyone that’s in need of transportation and doesn’t have good credit. Great way to re build then hopefully you’ll be ready to go to a regular car lot to purchase a new vehicle. Also another con is because its a new place you get the car as is, so no car wash and if the interior is dirty or smells like cigarettes, well to bad because they do nothing about that. Comes with a limited warranty and roadside assistance.
