Furnace went on the Fritz last night at 11PM. Texted Donnie and he called me right back and walked me through some basic troubleshooting. Needless to say it turned out to be a major repair and Donnie was there at 9AM to fix. Can’t recommend highly enough. Been using W.F. Hahn for years and they have always delivered.

I have been a very satisfied customer for over 25 years! Recently, I have been having issues with my very old furnace and Chuck and Don have been awesome! They both have gone above and beyond in helping me keep it going and come promptly whenever I have called. You truly cannot find a better company for heating or plumbing. They are accessible (I can call their cell phones 24⁄7!), trustworthy, experts in their fields, reasonably priced, and just plain good people.

Dave (from Hann) came out today to install a water heater. arrived on time and without issue (despite the Opening Day nonsense in the Gateway District). Dave was super-​professional and kept us updated as he worked and kept his workspace clean and tidy.
We really didn’t shop price, so I can’t speak to what their charges are compared to others, but I was pleased by Hann’s (Dave’s) workmanship and professionalism.
I’ll definitely call Hann first if I need HVAC/​plumbing service in the future.

Always do a good job. Fair workers. Know their stuff. Have been using them
for years — funace/​ac and plumbing. Not cheap tho.
I’ve paid for less and received less elsewhere.
