Outback Steakhouse

Mediocre food and service. We ordered a bloomin onion but sent it back because it was burnt and greasy. Now I know it’s fried, but we have had plenty of bloomin onions that were not soaked in grease.
My husband ordered a medium rare steak with soup and salad. The salad was swimming in dressing and the soup smothered in cheese. I ordered the ahi app for my entrée and it was blah. The steak was rare so he sent it back-​no problems with round 2, it came back cooked right and didn’t take too long. The manager brought the steak out and apologized and said the bloomin onion was taken off the bill. He then promised to refill my water and never came back. The server also promised to refill it and never got around to it. Honestly, I think the manager was too busy flirting with the wait staff to care. Finally, we were given the bill but the bloomin onion had not been taken off as promised. So we had to track the server down for that. So all in all, pretty mediocre for a restaurant and bad for Outback Steakhouse.

Ugh. That’s how I’ll start my review. Went here last night, while in town visiting family. Four of us Sat down about 7 and we’re seated quickly.
We had a free Bloomin’ Onion from the last time a family member came and had dirty silverware. The onion and drinks were brought out quickly.
Then the problems started. After we ordered, three Outback specials, a steak salad, and two apps, it took 45 minutes to get our apps and about another 20 minutes to get the salads, which of course was followed by the food about a minute later.
The steaks, which we had order medium were great, as always on the outside but the inside was rare. I mean rare.
Anyway, not the best experience of a two hour meal, but the staff were friendly.

Service was slow and it was a Thursday evening and not very crowded. Food was good — but waiter and bad service was a disappointment.

Waited over 45 minutes for a seat and when we finally got seated there were empty tables all over the resturant. The manager said they didnt have enough waiters to seat all the tables. This is poor management. Food was ok

Where do I begin… Tables are dirty, smells like urine from mop water, lots of employees walking around trying to look busy, food was cold, took 1.75 hours for dinner. Waiter was awesome in between stories. Extremely poor management. It was easier for the manager to comp our meal than work himself.

What you’d expect for an Outback… good food, decent service, no complaints. The grilled shrimp appetizer is always a favorite.

It’s your typically Outback, a steakhouse chain restaurant.
This one was not better or no worse than any others I’ve been to. Service was a bit on the slow side.

What a waste of $ 30 for lunch. Service was good but steak salad and steak sandwich were awful. We could have eaten better for less at McDonald’s. 2 thumbs down.
Pass this one up

Decided to give it another try it had been years. To my surprise service has improved actually got seated this time and the wait want as long as it was supposed to have been.
We noticed most tables received utensils and small plates with their appetizers we did not. We finally had to ask for utensils when our meal came out and our waiter would disappear for long periods of time. We did take into consideration they were rather busy.
All together it was a good experience the food was good.

The only reason i am giving 2 stars is because the food was good. We sat at the bar and had to beg for service the whole time. It took 2 hours from start to finish. Not busy. Had to ask 3 different people just for a cup of water. Beer wasnt refilled. Bloody mary was a joke.

Restaurant is under new management and it’s great. Took my wife there for her birthday. Everything was great.

Service is extremely slow and they are out of multiple items such as 6oz, 9oz steaks and fries. We ordered a bloomin onion and it was burnt. This is a terrible Outback… poorly run.

I used to come here every week, but now only ever few months. I like Outback but everything including the service-​which used to be great has gone downhill. I been 2 times in the last month or so and has been rough. One day they were out of 6 inch steaks and no substitute or option was given, just sorry your out of luck! I went across the road to Applebee’s and ate… next time we went the server was nice but very disorganized, and lost the money we gave her… thankfully the found it… food is okay yet… I know the portions are much smaller too… they need to step up there game imo.

Been sitting here for 50 minutes on a Sunday (starting at) 3pm. Waited for a host just to see us while a line formed behind us. Now have been sitting for 45 minutes still with no food (ordered two grilled chicken dishes and a kid’s tenders). Manager is here and a dozen servers but nothing is getting done. Can’t even flag down someone to complain.

We came in at 4:15 after traveling all day. Had a 15 minute wait in an almost empty restaurant. Our waitress was slow, service was slow. Ordered filets, which were dry, flavorless & not hot. We had to send back the cold baked potatoes & got potatoes the same temperature back. The potatoes definitely could have been cooked longer. Paid extra for the chopped blue cheese salad, which had a hint of blue cheese flavor but we couldn’t find any chunks in the salad. We will not be back!

Thank you so much Duane for delivering to our hotel across the street. We were starving after an 8 hr drive. Food arrived within 20 minutes, the tuna and the salmon. Came with a side salad, mashed potatoes and 2 hunks of amazing bread. Wow! We are impressed!

This Outback wins the award for the slowest service available in the region! Congrats! There are plenty of seats, plenty of waiters; make sure you have plenty of time to get hungry. If the table isn’t the waiters, they will ignore you. Your waiter will take their sweet time to help you. Be prepared to make friends with the hostess because you will be walking up there often to ask if your waiter fell down a well or left for home. Not coming back. Applebee’s is across the street. Enjoy!
Oh, and they burnt our food. Yum!

Maybe the best prime rib I ever had, and for 35 years I lived in the prime rib capital of the world: Las Vegas. Seriously…

Heard a lot of negative things on the Unilocal about this Outback but we were very happy. Stopped in for lunch right at 11 on Sunday couldn’t get a beer but everything besides that silly law was great.
My husband had a steak which was cooked perfectly, with a side of mashed potatoes which could have been a touch warmer but nothing to be upset about. The French Onion soup was perfect he said. I had coconut shrimp and a sweet potato, both hot and tasted awesome.
Our son had a hamburger and he finished the whole thing without taking a breath.
All and all 4* service & food.

I just finished my dinner there on a Monday night at 6:30pm.
I travel all the time and as I traditionally would not eat at a chain restaurant I have had very good experiences with Outback in the past.
This location did a very good job. My salad was well put together and all the ingredients looked fresh. The Ribeye steak was cooked exactly to order and the potato was hot and had plenty of fixins’. The service was very attentive and they did a perfect job of getting me in, fed and out. Just what I like!
