Westbury

Been living here for about 8 months now and I just love it here! The maintenance staff and office staff are very friendly and helpful! They’re quick to answer questions and respond to maintenance request.
The apartment I got had wooden floors for the kitchen/​dining area which is nice and the bedroom sizes are spacious. I just wish the appliances that I got were more updated.
Overall, I love living here and would renew my lease!

I have lived in the complex for 2 years and both the office staff and maintenance have been nothing but helpful. They have been accommodating at every turn, fix anything that has broken in a quick manner and even came and changed the batteries in my smoke detector when I couldn’t do it myself. :(
I have a great apartment that has a huge tree in front to shade me from some of the apartment traffic and feel really at home there. When that same tree grew a bit too far onto my deck they were over quickly to cut it back.
I have great neighbors and feel I’ve been treated really well for the last 24 months!

Not to my liking

The Apartments are nice for what they are. The maintenance staff does well. Nothing that will get you jazzed. But the real kicker is the rules. Apparently you’re allowed to smoke weed in some apartments but god forbid you or someone thats associated with you goes above the 5mph posted speed limit. No Dogs allowed to visit. Pool is only open 3mo out of the year and will not open it early even if the weather permits. Hot tub is open year round and is delightful when its empty. Management walks around like they have a badge to enforce all the evil in this world and will do so with Zeus himself behind them… oh wait THEY’RE JUST OFFICE STAFF!
FYI The guy across the way from me had a tree fall on his classic car. Management told him that it wasn’t their fault and wouldn’t pay for the damages. The tree had a layer of gravel under it, the roots had no chance to get any type of foot hold along with about 6 other trees. Small Claims it is for the guy. Hope all goes well.
Find another place to live. You’ll thank me.

Let me start with I do not live here and never would. Two of my close friends live here and when I went to visit, the office said my small dog was not aloud to go inside the apartment. Excuse me? Then a few days later, after a neighbor dispute, management handled it horribly. There is a large white lady that works in the office that treats the people that live in the apartments like dirt. I can’t believe someone that rude and ignorant can be In charge of apartment buildings. She deserves to be fired.
