West Coast Self-Storage of Beaverton

Been here since August 2013 and only because I needed a place quickly as I was moving from out of state. Manager, Tom, at the time, was quite friendly and helpful and very respectful. I got a price break on the first four months but then after that the price increased to close to $ 300 a month. We had a water leak in the unit, but they were quick to fix it. Security monitors are behind the manager and he sits with his back facing them, so that causes me concern. And the premises are NEVER swept or leaves blown away. Never. Annoying. Last time I was there, someone was parked in an SUV near my unit, in shade, and hard to see on the security cameras as the car was the same color as the trees. Evidently this person was sleeping in the car as I’d been there for a good 3 – 4 hours and thought it was just parked until I saw a woman sitting up in the back and letting her white dog out for a walk to pee along the edges. Ewww. I’d already given my notice to move my belongings somewhere way less expensive, newer, and far cleaner and more secure.

Rented for about 4yrs. Good rates, clean, stopped by lots, never had an issue with anything. Attentive, friendly folks ! Thanks again !

I’ve used other company’s self-​storage in the past, but these guys are AMAZING! I found myself in quite a stressful situation, and Kevin was so helpful in helping me figure out a solution. You can tell this is a small business… customer satisfaction is a priority here!!!
