three stars because the houses are nice. Layout is great with a lot of room for storage.
–2 stars for the staff which is pathetic. Such a rip off! Didn’t return most part of my deposit.
So many different kinds of fees were deducted when i left the apartment in the same condition that i got it in.
The staff office is hardly ever open. You have to wait for days to collect your packages if you’ve received any. They don’t return your calls no matter how many voice mails you leave them. Don’t even get me started on the service. Nothing is covered. I stayed on a year long leave and then on month to month for several months paying extra. However, no carpet cleaning on the end of the contract. they don’t even replace the damn drip pans even once.
Hunter’s run has much better service, layout and contract terms.
Who doesn’t have online rent payment? You still have to make the trip to their ever closed office and drop the rent check every month.
Very unprofessional staff. I’d rather pay a little more and stay some place else, and thats what I did.
