The person who wrote a bad review saying they don’t welcome walk-​ins is WRONG. This is the best salon I have experienced. When I started I was a walk-​in and they were always gracious and fit me in tho I did have to come back if they were super busy… with other walk-​ins. The women who work here and the owner are kind and competent. My advice to the woman who wrote that ugly review is to make an appointment if she wants immediate service. If you are a walk-​in you get what is available when it is available. These guys are busy because they are so good, and worth the wait!

No stars made me pick at keast 1 twice I walked into this place and was told they didn’t have time for me I didn’t mind waiting for them but they didn’t care. Once all I wanted was a fill another was a removal of what they did both times I was told «we don’t have time «why have a sign that says «walk ins welcomed «if you won’t accept my service. So I walked out and took my business else were, I will NEVER EVER GO BACK !!! and I don’t think anyone else should either.

I made the mistake of trying another local nail salon today. They don’t even come close to Tips & Toes. I won’t make that mistake twice. The service here is excellent and Lan can do just about any nail art challenge you put in front of her. More importantly, she’ll tell you what she CAN do, if it’s not quite what you wanted, and she works hard to make you happy. I’ll be back again and again!

Excellent pedicure, with one of the best foot and leg massages I’ve ever had. For real. Great pressure which my tired feet desperately needed. I wish there had been a little more callous removal, but the hot paraffin treatment somewhat makes up for that.

I just stopped into this business today as I’m new to this area. I had a polish change done by Lan. She not only changed the polish for me, she filed my nails and made sure they had no ridges.
Normally I would get a pedicure, but on a tight budget since my move. I would highly recommend this place. The employees are friendly and helpful.
I thought the salon was quite clean. I will be back the next time I need any work done.

I go regularly to see Sadia but all of the staff has been amazing. The owner, Lan, always remembers my name and makes me feel welcome. I leave happy every time. They even give my kids pedicures when I’ve needed to bring them along.

I have been going to this salon for 8 years and I would not go anywhere else. All the staff members are so nice and I have never been disappointed in their work. The shellac manicures are the best in town, and a big part of that is because of all their color choices. They have so many to choose from! Their pedicure chairs have just been updated as well, they are so nice! Prices are comparable to any other salon in the area.

I love this place. It is immaculate. I love the owner, Lon, she is so wonderful to me. I couldn’t imagine going any place else. I have never been disappointed with the work she does. I would definitely recommend this place.

In the middle of my manicure, my technician literally got up to go wax eyebrows for a walk-​in and left me sitting for 20 minutes. I left. They couldn’t figure out why I was upset. Really? Don’t waste your time here. F=fail

Really friendly staff, lovely women who are friendly, personable and skilled. My pink and white nails were the best ever, and the deluxe pedicure with hot rock massage is to die for! I wish I could stay here all day.

I have been going to this salon for years. I have always received great service whether I was receiving a simple pedicure to an application of gel nails. The technicians are professional and really care about what they are doing. When my nails reacted poorly to the gel application (back when it was first available) they worked with me to help my nails recover. Now they take extra care to ensure my sensitive nail beds aren’t hurt when removing any of the gel or polish.
I can’t say enough nice things about this salon. They are great!
