Horrible customer service! Very unprofessional from the first phone contact. The receptionist was disorganized and seemed unsure how many jobs they had for the day I was requesting. She texted me 3 days before the move and wanted to let me know they would be really late in the day because she scheduled another person and put them ahead of me. I let her know that wouldn’t work and if we could be first it would work out well. She texted back and said she had re-​arranged the schedule and they should be at our place by 10 am. I thanked her and arranged to have the freight elevated reserved at my new apartment for that time. THE NIGHT BEFORE my move she TEXTS me to say they aren’t going to be able to make it until late in the day again because her movers were out hunting and it would be such a long drive for them?! This was clearly a lie because all hunting has been cancelled due to the extreme fire danger. I was upset but remained as calm as I could considering the huge stress I was feeling and called her to discuss it (instead of the unprofessional texting) and said again this wont work, I’ve reserved the elevator and can’t change now. She got mad and HUNG UP ON ME! I was shocked! I of course had to some how find someone to help me move at 8 pm the night before! The company that did end up helping me said this happens all the time and that I was the 4^th person this week that got screwed by this company and came to them for help.

Brian, Dane, Antonio, Deandre, and Brent were fantastic! They spent 12-​hours with us, packing our house superbly, making two trips to ensure we wouldn’t have extra work later, in oppressive heat, up and down three flights of stairs. If I ever need to move again, I would for sure call them.

PDX Premier College Movers came highly recommended and these guys are Fantastic ! They are well priced, on time, efficient, professional and handled my belongings with care. What a time saver and they are well worth it! Should I have to make another move, I will be looking them up for a repeat performance!
