This is by far the worst POS system I have ever used. POS means just that. They are never around when you need help and their rates are absolutely ridiculous. One of the owners Andy Schlick has got to be one of the worst people I have ever dealt with; I guess that is the business you get when you inherit a company and truly don’t care about the company. I will never again work with that company and I highly advice everyone to stay away from this company; you will never be pleased. Not to mention when our company decided to go with a different POS system, Andy took it upon himself to come into our establishment and harass our bartender and throw his drink all over the bar top. He is a true embarrassment to his own company. Gross.
