Little Caesars Pizza

This Little Ceasers is horrible. Pick any other location! They were unorganized, forgot about my order. After waiting for a very long time for my pizza, people who had been helped after me left with their pizzas. All I ordered was a cheese pizza by the way. And not to mention, the lady behind the counter was complaining about people coming through the door and wanting to order something. Are you kidding me? Not going here again.

To begin with, I phoned my order into the store and waited about 15 minutes before heading to the store, so plenty time was given. However, when I arrived, the order was not ready and the crew member at the counter seemed confused about the very idea of an order being phoned in. I had to repeat several times what the order was before she finally took the order and rung me up. She didn’t even say the order was not ready until I asked explicitly, «So does that mean it isn’t ready?» No apology was offered for I guess forgetting about my order.
Once it was established my order was not ready, it took several times of repeating myself to get the crew member to understand what I wanted: a cheese pizza with crazy crust and an order of crazy bread. The girl behind the counter went back to help prepare the order. The kicker was when she washed her hands and just threw the paper towel on the floor.
When my order was finished, I checked it to ensure correctness and sure enough, no Crazy Crust. When I brought this to the crew member’s attention, she didn’t even know what Crazy Crust was, despite the fact that I have ordered it at locations across the country without issue. When I explained the idea to her, she still seemed confused, and sure enough, still screwed it up. By that time, however, I was fed up and decided to cut my losses, take my food and leave. This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere, and I will not be returning to this Little Caeser’s ever again, and will be sure to tell friends and family of my experience so that they may avoid it as well.
Oh, and I did make sure I had called the correct location. While waiting for my order, I called the same number I had for my order, heard the phone in the store ring and watched the girl behind the counter answer it.

The quality of Little Caesars lies somewhere between frozen Totino’s and Pizza Hut, not stellar but ok for a cheap pizza. Go with the Deep Deep Dish, skip
Hawaiian because the ham is in these weird little stick shapes that is kinda gross. I’d also say pass on the Crazy Bread, I got some recently that wasn’t quite baked (a bit raw and doughy). Service is fine.
