Bought a sectional on the promise of versatility and that we’d be able to buy different sections later on if we moved. We moved. They changed the line without notice. Willing to sell me sectional sections but wanted me to be sure that I understood that they didn’t know if they would match. What?! Spoke with both salesperson and manager — both were unconcerned about this colossal customer service failure and couldn’t understand why I’d be frustrated. The sectional itself is OK, but one of the sections started sagging more than the others after less than 6 months. That could have been fixed, but for the above…

What a fun place to shop! Not sure when Lazyboy got so stylish! Love all my new furniture and décor! Everyone was so incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell that everyone there enjoys what they do! I will be back for sure!

pretty weak. I have tried several times to find anything I like in a leather recliner that is under 2000 dollars. good luck. Much of the recliners are grandma prints, or some strange new foreign fabric.
Prices are crazy… its a recliner not a used car.

We are very pleased with our experience at Lazy Boy. Our sales person. was very knowledgeable & had some good ideas. The delivery was smooth, & the delivery men went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied.

The sales lady called on a Thursday to schedule my sofas to be delivered on the following Tuesday. She had told me the delivery truck would call on Tues with an ETA. When I hadn’t heard from them by 10:30, I called the sales lady back. She said I have not heard from them because I was not scheduled for delivery. She said she would check on it and call me back. She never called back and never apologized. I took off work for nothing. I took my old sofas to goodwill the Sunday before and was sitting in painful lawn chairs. I called her again and she said she was trying to get them delivered the next day and she would call me back. She never did. I called back again, asked to speak to the manager, and had to leave a message because the manager was out sick. They ended up delivering them the next day. I had no idea they were coming until the truck showed up at my house! No one at Lazy Boy ever returned my calls! They made this a stressful, miserable experience!

If you’re looking for old school recliners or something for your home theater, you might want to check out this store. However, if you are looking for something else, I suggest going elsewhere. Our sales person had no idea what a «glider» style rocker was and kept trying to sell us something else. Good luck finding the store, as it is tucked deep into an out-​of-​the-​way strip mall complex nowhere near any of the Sunset Highway exits in the area.

Our last sofa bought only a few years ago (from JC Penneys) was given away as it had unraveled into a beat up pillow on a wooden frame after about 2 years. It still looked all right but was too soft and the padding the arms too thin. We decided we wanted a new living room set that we would enjoy for the next several years. They are currently having a big sale on recliners so you can go pick up a recliner pretty cheaply right now. What I am thrilled about is the sales person talked my husband in agreeing to leather! Burgundy leather is exactly what I wanted! They also have great coffee tables, end tables and other accents to help bring an entire room together. Check out their website as all the chairs, sofa sets and more are pictured online and it gives you a better idea of what is available. This place is a little out away but seems to be near several other furniture stores. I will update the review once the items are delivered.
