LOVE IT. I’m not super crazy about Mexican food but the Korean twist on the food here totally has me sold.
The truck comes by my place of employment every few months or so and I welcome it. As far as food trucks go, this one had a pretty large menu. They have several different entrée items (burritos, bowls, tacos, sliders, etc), various meats to choose from and several side items as well. My favorite items are the short rib burrito and the kimchee. Delicious!
They are a little pricey when compared to fast food but not more than any other food truck and I feel the quality of their ingredients is above average.

I ate here for the first time the other day when they came to our work for an event. I had two tacos, one chicken and one pork. I got the hot sauce on them too, not the mild, They were good, but they were a bit greasy. Two tacos was easily enough to fill me up. I would definitely eat here again, but I don’t think it’ll be one of those meals that I crave. It’s good, just not that kind of meal for me.

This is a traveling food cart of deliciousness. They’re usually in the Creekside business park area here every Friday, but you need to check their Twitter @KOifusionpdx to be sure.
They have the full-​stocked menu just as you would find at the Bridgeport location, and I’m a huge fan of their take on the Philly Cheesesteak with bulgogi beef and kimchi.
Just watch out for the muddy grass when they’re parked on the south side of the street. Something is wrong with the drainage there.

You can find Korean fusion in any major city now, it’s spread that far. I would say that Koi Fusion has the best Korean fusion food in the entire Portland area!
This location was very close to the Nike World Campus and other businesses, so it’s usually at this location for lunch only on specific days — check their website for that week’s schedule.
I got the Kalbi (short rib) burrito. The beef was tender and well-​seasoned. I only wish it was a little bit bigger, it was a bit small for a burrito of that price. It’s definitely worth it to add kimchi to your taco or burrito, it raises the spiciness and flavor!
I will have to track down this truck again.

Korean fusion is so good. I’ve had it once in LA but its been a while.
I went to the bridgeport location yesterday and craved it so much my friend and I tracked down their Beaverton Cart which is near Nike on Wednesday.
The location is actually in the parking lot of business park, but its a big food truck in sea of sedans and mini suvs so it isn’t hard to find.
I had the Kalbi Burrito with Kimchi, and that was sooo good. Although the tortilla could have been better, the combination of flavors was amazing.
The Kim Chi is very good, it has a-​lot of Garlic which i love, and it isn’t crazy spicy.
My friend also got the Kalbi burrito and had no complaints.
My sister got the Kalbi Tacos ($ 2) with Kimchi and she was raving about this for the entire car ride home.
Needless to say, Koi Fusion was delicious. We’re definitely coming back.

I was really impressed with this place! The employees were super nice and the food came out fast! I ordered their KimChi fried rice bowl with Korean ribs, and it was delicious! The ribs were flavorful and tender and while the fired rice was a little more bland than I would have thought it would be the fresh veggies and spicy sauce more than made up for that! I ended my lunch feeling satisfied and not weighed down. I am really glad they started to park their tuck in this location and I will defiantly be a repeat customer! Thanks Koi Fusion for a wonderful lunch time!
