Stephanie is so talented and accommodating. She gets your vision and creates something amazing! I asked her for a guitar cake for my husbands birthday and it turned turned out so incredible! It was way more than I had visioned! For now on I know where my desserts will be coming from!

In fond memory I can recall a melt in your mouth cheesecake and «can’t get enough» chicken curry salad presented on a beautifully laid out table. I highly recommend this talented woman for any event or catering needs you may have.

I had the opportunity to be a guest at one of her catered affairs. Unbelievable what this woman can do from table setups to various other decorations, choices of pastas and rice, choices of sauces, salad, a variety of beverages and the topper of the occassion … the cake. It is amazing what Stephanie can do with a cakes and pasties as well as regular mealtime foods.

Stephanie is a gifted food artist. Everything I have seen and sampled, created by Stephanie, is a feast for the eyes as well as the stomach –exquisite in appearance and delicious. She always makes modifications to suit our needs and her gluten-​free cheesecake is hands down the best I have ever tasted. My 4 year-​old, who usually turns down all forms of dessert, could not stop devouring his portion (as well as other’s). Always wonderful!

Stephanie of Just a Dash has been catering events for us for several years. She specializes in pastry, but is more than competent in savory cooking too. She has catered full multi-​course meals, high teas that are elegant and sumptuous, hors d’oeuvres, cakes, pies, cookies, cupcakes for my various events and so much more. She has an immaculate sense of taste, and an incredible vision for setting up events and catering. She is extremely talented. Her food is always delicious. Always. Her cakes are creative and beautiful, as well as tasty and sometimes unconventional and surprising. She is reliable, and gets the job done. She keeps her menus fresh and modern and abides by farm to fork, local ingredients as much as she can. She is also great at preparing venues, paper menus, floral arrangements, creative décor, planning and more. She can do a lot with a modest budget. I recommend her for any type of food needs you may have. You will not be disappointed.
