Kylee is amazing. I have never been so in love with my hair. She heard what I wanted, she executed it flawlessly, and she is so talented! I was her last appointment and I never felt like she was rushing to get on with her day. She is wonderful. The salon is comfortable and fun. The music and chatter of other customers makes it a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend Kylee and this salon.

After reading the reviews from Unilocal.I decided to make an apt. I told them what I wanted and they suggested a consultation first, which I think show’s great professionalism.
I met with Lanescia (I’m not sure about the spelling) who looked at my hair type to determine what would be best for me and looked at photos I had with me.
She was great! She takes pride and time in her work. She listens to what you want and gave me extra time in case I went home and decided I wasn’t happy with it. I have gotten many compliments and I will definitely go back.

So I’ve been searching for years for someone who actually listens to me, is creative, and understands my hair… The search is over! Sarah is amazing! She asked questions and most importantly she listened, she knew how to work with my thick, curly, crazy hair and make it pretty. Thank you Sarah!

Lanniecsa is very good. She is very patient and did my hair cut very nicely. She has done me layer cut and I m fully satisfied.

Amie did a wonderful job at salvaging my hair after a different stylist butchered the cut and I mistakenly turned to box color for solace. I walked away feeling ten times better and loving my new haircut and color. I have curly hair and she gets it, which is hard to find.
She also spent a lot of time telling me how I can achieve some desired looks at home after showing her pictures. She was extremely helpful and very nice.
Amie also did my brows and they look fabulous. You can bet your bottom dollar that I’ll be back.

Went and got my hair done a few months ago by Amie– it was wonderful! And she fit me into her schedule pretty last minute so I was very appreciative. My hair is thick and long and usually a project; she was so patient and got it perfect! Highly recommend her ! The salon is adorable too which is nice since I spent plenty of time in there hehe

I’ve been coming here for several months now and I am very pleased. It’s a fun salon with friendly stylists and good energy — makes for a great break in my day. I was new to the area and didn’t know where to start looking for a stylist. A groupon with good reviews brought me in — great service and haircuts keep bringing me back!

Okay so here’s the deal, I found Identity on a groupon deal a couple years back and Brandy is the most amazing stylist. At this point I refuse to go anywhere else and I just come in and let her color however she feels will look best because it’s always on point. She is a master of hair color and highlighting as well gives me the most flattering cut for my face every single time. (: go see her! You won’t be disappointed

Amie Woody at Identity is AMAZING! She has been with me through 2 fairly major hairstyle changes and I couldn’t be more grateful for this adorable, sweet and EXTREMELY talented girl! It’s so hard to find someone you can trust with your hair, but I wouldn’t hesitate one second to recommend her to everyone I know… It doesn’t hurt that’s she’s also super affordable!

I LOVE Alicia! When she left her former work place, I knew I had to follow her! She’s personable, professional, and good at what she does. Whenever I go in, I only come in with an idea and Alicia executes it perfectly :) I just got my hair dyed by her for the first time and I LOOOOVE it! She did purple and blue and I think I’m addicted to color now. Also, I love that the salon stylists all acknowledge people when they come in, instead of just giving blank stares like the old place I used to go to.

I came here with a super-​affordable Groupon when my old salon in the Pearl got too expensive for my budget. I got so lucky to find this salon. Now, it’s not fancy and it’s not in a hip neighborhood, but the quality of the work of these stylists more than makes up for that.
I see Alicia for a blond and gold balayage with a hot pink peekaboo for my color, and an A-​line for my cut. She takes her time and makes sure it is done right. I always feel listened to and taken care of. We have fun chattering away and when I leave, my hair is cute! WIN

I found this place online it seemed to have good reviews so went in. I should’ve just walked out before they touched my hair. I went in to get a long bob and some highlights. I walked out with an uneven aline that is longer on one side and orange streaks unevenly placed through my hair. I called back the next day to see if they could at least fix my color since I knew there was no going back to fix my hair. So the second time I walked out of the salon I now have have green hair with blotchy streaks on top. I have never been so disappointed with my hair before. I would never go back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone!

Kylee is a great stylist and colorist. The salon is not pretentious. Nice staff, easy parking, and spacious salon.

First and foremost everyone here is so nice and innovative when it comes to hair. Customer service is one of the best I’ve had at a salon. Lanniecsa was so sweet and knew what I wanted when I didn’t know myself. She was very personable and very talented. I felt completely comfortable the whole time I was there. The pricing even was good. Overall I recommend Identity for anyone who wants quality hair service!

I’ve been going to Nikole to get my hair cut and dyed for over a year now. I started with her back when she worked at Wicked Pixie, and am glad she got out of there! The staff at Identity Hair & Spa are all friendly and the owner is super great as well. They make it a priority to be nice to all the clients, not just their own.
I have curly, thick, dark hair and I have had my share of hairstylist nightmares. Nikole did an amazing job cutting my long hair to an over the shoulder a-​line. I’ve cut my hair this short one other time and ended up with a triangular effect, and couldn’t wait for my hair to grow back. Nikole shapped my thick, curly hair perfectly, I loved it so much that I kept coming back!
Now, she also colors my hair, and keeps up with my every changing styles. I’ve had my hair red, as well as electric purple and blue. All my dark haired friends know that getting dark hair any kind of intense color is not easy. Usually it comes at a price of damaged hair. Nikole has maintained the health and bounce in my culrs while giving me vibrant color.
But more than that, she makes it a point to be honest with me. I came in with black-​box colored hair and told her I wanted to have vibrant color (thinking it shouldn’t be a problem, right?). Nikole let me know that realistically because of my hair history, it would be a process, but she worked her butt off to get me there, without damaging my hair. Her expertise and honest communication help clients have realistic expectations. She wants everything she touches to be quality, and she won’t disappoint.
My sister, mom, niece and friends all go to Nikole– and mind that they all have very different types of hair and styles they go for. Nikole never fails to impress and can take on any style, give her a call!

Worst hair do I’ve ever gotten from Amie. Honestly could have done a better job myself. Would not ever go here again!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I came in with awful fried and stringy hair. Lanniecsa gave me a beautiful hair color and the most beautiful purple/​pink hair. I have NEVER in my life gotten so many compliments on my hair. Seriously, every single day at LEAST once people compliment my hair. She is also fantastic at listening. It’s always a struggle to explain what you want in a way the stylist can understand. Not for Lanniecsa. She is a hair boss! I’ll never go to anyone else!

I met Lannieesa today for a cut and color. I was a bit skeptical when I came in due to poor past experiences with other stylist. Lannieesa was very professional and friendly. She understood my hair (asian) and how to treat it to get the look I wanted. She was patient and kind. Very easy to work with! I could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my new look before leaving the salon. I definitely will be returning back to see her!

Took my mom and I to identity after finding it on groupon. Glad they had a groupon, as they are kind of hidden out here in Aloha. Alicia was amazing, best cut I think I’ve ever had. My hair feels fabulous and looks just as fabulous. My mom has a new revival of her beautiful silver locks after Alicia spruced it up with a brightener and gave it a cute style. My mom was so pleased. Happy birthday Mom, I love you! Thank you Alicia for squeezing us in on such short notice!

If you’re anything like me, then you’re really picky about who gets near your hair. After moving here two years ago I’ve finally found someone who I trust with my hair for the long-​term. Rania immediately makes you feel comfortable and is open to new ideas. I came in with a damaged ombré and left with 8 inches off. It changed my whole attitude.
