I checked the store hours here on Unilocal, and it said they close at 6pm. Because I needed something and discovered they are actually open until 9. I would have spent a lot more time and money there if the correct hours were posted. The store has tons of halloween stuff, and a pretty good selection of clothes and household items. I didn’t find what I was looking for, but I did find a few other hard-to-find things. The prices are not what they used to be, but I understand they are now in the business of making money, and no longer a business for providing poor folks access to stuff they can’t afford to buy new.(If you are one of those people, check out Union Gospel Mission Thrift instead.) As usual, I saw more than a few items that were old/broken, and still priced higher than a brand new identical item at Fred Meyer. I also saw a few things that they obviously didn’t know had value for ridiculously low prices. I wont say what they are, because I don’t want to tip them off to rip me off. :-) One thing I noticed is that this location does not have a great selection of childrens clothes. I don’t need childrens clothes(even if they do fit this miniature middle-aged woman,) but if you are looking for kids clothes, don’t expect to have much to choose from. I will definitely be back, but I’ll go after dinner and avoid trying to get there in rush hour traffic.

Very clean. Some awesome books for sale, not much by the way of Men’s clothing, but I did find a nice jacket here.

This review is for Goodwill in general. I’m all for the creation of jobs with equal opportunity and being able to donate items that can be used by others, but seriously. What in the crap are you thinking when simple items are being sold for by far MORE than what they are worth OR can be honestly found cheaper and not USED in other stores. I do not frequent Goodwill; in reality I have only been to Goodwill a couple times in my life looking for random items I didn’t not feel like paying full price for. i.e. camping tables, random halloween costume, serving trays. But it’s hellish to think that many folks do indeed look to Goodwill for discounted items when their income does not allow and in reality they are not getting a good deal in many instances. I’ve seen living room furniature, bicycles, electronics, and even clothing priced for more money than you would pay at somewhere like IKEA, Fred Meyer, Ross, or even Target for NONUSED items. All in all I apologize for my rant but it’s horrible the way this company is being runned over the last several years. Selling items people give you for FREE and then selling for much, much, more than they are worth is a bit ridiculous. I will be donating my items elsewhere.

This Goodwill is okay, neat stuff to dig through and look at but I never found anything worth purchasing here. Mainly weird stuff that would be great for a white elephant gift. Conveniently located across from Fred Meyers.
