As a business operator, I find First Response to be an outstanding vendor. They provide monitoring services for our 17 plus locations, yet still maintain a personal approach when assisting me. They keep our locations secure, are always quick to offer solutions for any issues and most importantly they keep my staff safe and feeling secure. So far, so good. Tech was nice. Showed up on time. Haven’t had alarm incident yet, so don’t know how they would do. But, they did not charge us for connecting our existing alarm to their monitoring. $ 25 per month seems like a good deal once you factor in the home insurance discount for having monitoring.

They make you sign up for a 3 year contract then auto renew another year without asking you if you want to renew. No Email, no phone call or a letter. They stated that in the contract so they can auto renew it and put more money in their pocket. They don’t care if you live in the house or not. I tried to get out of that extra year of contract after I sold my home. I got screwed with a whole entire year. Way to scam your customer. If you are reading this, I would suggest you go find someone else.

I have dealt with a few different security companies in my life and for the most part they all over sale and under deliver. I was turned on to First Response a year ago by a friend and he said that he has been with the same security company for over a decade and that he has never witnessed a company that takes customer service as such a high priority as First Response. He said give them a shot… you won’t be disappointed, and a year later to this day he was right! They have showed me that there are companies out there in todays world that still care about the customers concerns and needs.
