With lots of advice and market know-how from Ed, we recently spent 10 months totally remodeling and selling our home in Beaverton. His market projections, and what it would add to re-do or replace different systems, let us make cost/profit decisions which ended up being exactly on target. Doing our own work, Ed dropped by weekly for updates on our progress. We definately felt Ed an important part of The Team. We especially loved the mailers he sent to neighbors letting them know of this project in their area that might be of interest to them or family as we neared completion and after. Our house sold very quickly mostly because of Ed’s assistance and a sort of ‘You can do this!” attitude he projected. This was the smoothest Real Estate transaction we have ever been involved with, and I give Ed and his team of «Office Moms» ALL the credit!

We bought a house with the help of Ed in November of 2014. We had the most amazing experience and I will tell you why. It was the end of September when we met with Ed for the first time. We came with a tall order. We needed to find a house and move in within the next two months but that did not mean we were any less picky about what we wanted. We told him the area we wanted to be in, the 5 must haves we needed in a house and informed him of our timeline. We expected him to tell us that would be impossible but he said we’ll make it happen. Two days later he met us at our apartment and picked us us to show us the five houses that he found. I thought it was so cool that we didn’t have to drive from house to house and meet him over several days to look at each house.(My husband and I only have one day off together) When we got to the first house he offered us a drink. He keeps a cooler with several beverage selections in his car. I have never met a real estate agent so considerate. The amount of knowledge Ed has was unexpected. Even small things like letting us know that if there isn’t already a sidewalk in front of a house it becomes the home owners financial responsibility if the city decides to put one in. We go on looking at the houses which were absolutely what we were looking for but we just hadn’t fallen in love with any of them. On our way back to our apartment Ed had said he had seen a house that he knew we’d love but it was a little out of the area we wanted to be in. We figured why not, it wouldn’t hurt to check it out. This house was absolutely perfect! We instantly fell in love with it. The very next morning we put in our offer and the rest was history. Ed makes it clear from the beginning that he works for you, the buyer. He proved that over and over again. Anytime I hear someone is looking for a house I recommend Ed. He makes it as stress free as possible. You can’t go wrong. He even donates $ 100 to Children’s Cancer Association for every transaction closed!
