Charlie Faust – Guild Mortgage

Our realtor referred us to Charlie and I cannot say enough great things about him.
We have done many mortgages and refinanced many loans and by far this was
the easiest and most seamless process ever. Charlie has great knowledge,
experience and follow through. He kept us on track and on schedule to close on time.
The lines of communication were always open and he made us feel as if we were

Some background. I have purchased 10 properties in the last 20+ years and refied probably at least six times. Charlie came recommended to me by my Cousins (who have used him for approximately 10 transactions) a number of years ago. I have subsequently used him at every possible transaction.
