Buffalo Wild Wings

This location is CLOSED FOR A REMODEL until June 17^th. It doesn’t say that anywhere online, so I’m putting it here.

Wings were good and service was okay but prices are way too expensive for chicken wings.

Dan is excellent. Quick, friendly, and attentive! You’ll definitely want to get seated in his section!

Love Buffalo Wild Wings but the service at this location is terrible. It wasn’t very busy on the lunch hour and we waited almost an hour before getting our food. He never came back to check if we want anything else to drink. By the time our food came we’d already been waiting so long there was no sense in getting a drink.
The cups were dirty and the silverware too. Not impressed at all. I wouldn’t come back to this location. I was very disappointed.

We’ve been coming here for years, and haven’t ever had any issues with service and food, up until the last 6 months or so. Came here at about 9 in the evening, not during any special game, and the place was pretty empty. We sat in the bar area, and were the only table there besides two others. It took probably 10 minutes of being seated for anyone to acknowledge us, 20 more minutes to bring us waters, and finally ordered after being there 30 mins. Needless to say, we were there an hour and a half, in an empty restaurant… and got cold food. Not thoroughly impressed. and don’t know if we will be coming here as often.

Great wings. Good atmosphere. And a great place to watch the blazers and PAC12 tournament.

Came here tonight and the service was absolutely terrible. Took over 30 minutes to get the food, which was mediocre. We asked for a soda and it took another 30 minutes only after we had asked again for it. They also got my boyfriends order wrong, which is really disappointing considering it wasn’t a very complicated order of regular wings. Have came to this location many times but every time we come back it just gets worse and worse.

I wrote a comment on the BWW website explaining the customer service I received:
My sister and I decided to get lunch at the Beaverton location. We don’t see each other often and fit time in when we can. Her 3 year old son fell asleep in the car and had to be carried into the restaurant by my sister. When we were greeted at the door, we were taken to a table in the middle of the room. We asked for a booth for her son to continue to sleep while we dined. The host left us briefly and then returned informing us that there were no booths available. We looked around the room and realized that half of the restaurant was unoccupied and there were at least 10 open booths. We asked if a server would be willing to serve us in that area. The host left us again and returned to inform us that they could not make the accommodation. My sister sat down while trying to balance her sleeping child on her lap. A couple sitting at a booth saw us struggling and over heard the conversation with the host. They offered us their booth. Ultimately, your customers provided better customer service than this establishment. As always the food was delicious and food service was fast, but I have such a bad taste in my mouth after my experience that I would not consider returning. I write to you today not to complain but to shed light on the life of a single mother and the simple things such as a booth can make in her everyday life. Please share this story with your staff and realize that the booth 3 feet away from the section that was open would have kept a loyal customer happy.
The little things in life make a difference.

The ONLY reason I’m giving this place 2 stars and not just one is because they gave me a cool T-​Shirt for completing the Wing challenge a couple years back. Wings were actually decent, but burgers were nasty and so were the fries. GROSS. To top it off, the college-​aged Staff really came off as if they wore an «entitlement badge» of 2 good to be working in such a place. REALLY FOLKS? It was uncomfortable and unpleasant. Hope they make some improvements on the food and service, & QUICKLY.

It’s BWW in suburbia. This location has always been just fine to us in terms of what ought to be expected of food and service. A couple of the projectors are old and a bit dim. They recently replaced one. Nothing very special, but a reliable place to watch out of market football games. We’ll be back, and it’ll probably continue to be A-​OK.

BWW has been one of my top favorite eating establishments for years, however, their water selection really left a lot to be desired today.
While Oregon is known for its clean and fresh drinking water, this water was just okay. Sure, it was clean, and sure, it got the job done. But, when the water hit my taste buds, I felt slightly cheated out of a potentially top shelf water experience.
(By the way, did you know soda can increase your cholesterol levels by up to 11%?).

We’ve been coming in to this store for a few years now. Generally a fairly good experience, but not always.
For example, tonight’s visit after a movie. We decided wings sounded good but were quickly informed there would be a minimum 30 minute wait due to a kitchen fire.
Ok, that’s plausible but what isn’t is the poor going-​through-​the motions service. As in no personality. And ordering extra cheese but receiving none. And getting jalapeños on one of the orders after asking for none on either.
After waiting 10+ minutes for the waitress to pickup the cash I’d laid out for the bill, she dropped off a big pile of trash on our table and left it there. I was about to take a picture of it when she reappeared to retrieve it and to say «thank you».
That was nice.
When we got to the register to pay our bill, that person had to go track down our server because they are the only ones that can take our money.
Wowsers.
So when we finally got our change, I took it and told the cash register person I couldn’t tip service like that and was going to have to stiff the table. She made an attempt to guilt me out of it but I wasn’t buying it and left.
Not sure what the problem is but it’s certainly showing it’s ugly head. I did find that the server was in training, but I can’t accept that as an excuse — she either should have been more closely supervised or better still, not placed in a customer service position before she was ready. And she clearly wasn’t.
I can’t recommend this Buffalo Wild Wings due to the currently low service level.

Boneless Thursday with wet asian is my favorite way to go. The Jamaican jerk offers a pleasurable experience.
Decent place to watch games, typically theres fans of every team.

Ugh, no just no!
I’m not big on chain restaurant much decided to to give Bdubs a try today.
I can’t quite give one star only because our waitress did try to make up for a crappy experience by taking two things of our bill but regardless it was a bad experience.
First off, we waited over 5 minutes to even get acknowledged to get seated. The hostess seemed overwhelmed by not getting any support from her peers who passed her (and us) a few times without taking any action. «Teamwork» seems to be an unknown word at this location.
We also waited quite a while to place or food order, keep in mind it was very dead for being a Saturday early afternoon. Once we got our order we let the waiter know that we didn’t have any silverware to eat. The waiter acknowledged this and said he would be back shorty but never returned. Roughly 5 – 10 minutes later our waitress finally showed up asking if everything was okay — No, we still don’t have any silverware.
Another thing that bothered me that everyone with kids was offered one of their ipads except our table. Once we asked about it we were brought two for our kids promptly but they were NASTY. Dried sauce from wings all over the screen — very unsanitary.
The food was not awful but also not great. Just do yourself a favor and don’t order the mac n cheese because it is disgusting. It doesn’t even taste like cheese. We did send it back and it was taken off our bill without any pushback.

Let me start by saying that Buffalo is one of my most favorite places to eat. However, I went in today for lunch, and did not receive the food I ordered (side salad and buffalo chips) for ONE HOUR. After receiving the food, I had to go straight to work and eat there. The salad was wilted, the chicken was like chewing rubber, and I am appaled that it cost me $ 10.
I will likely not be back to this particular location, and that is sad because the quality and experience should be standard in a place like this.
The good, our sweet waitress. She was overworked, and overwhelmed. She did a great job, but unfortunately not enough to make me feel good about my hour of wasted time and money.

1 Star of this doesn’t mean they have a bad food or bad services. It was just a bad experience.
My friend went there waiting for other friends in front of that place, and few moments later, the employee called the cops just because he stood in the front for too long. The cop was inspecting on my friend… questioning personal information and inspecting his personal properties. I had to talk to the cop and explain that there’s nothing going on when I arrived. After that we had no mood for eating over there. We ordered a togo and went direct home. I’m actually a frequent customer at BWW downtown… and also a loyal member.
This is our first time at BWW Beaverton, and sorry guys… it’s gonna be our last time.
Worst experiences ever had in BWW.

You can’t go wrong with their wings. Love them. Went in today and the bartender showed me the lunch specials small wings (10) with 2 sauces with with fries for $ 9.99. That. Is. A good deal and I swap the fries for the buffalo chips. I don’t like their fries but the buffalo chips are awesome. Got my usual flavor wings in hot & desert heat and had a blue moon draft. The bartender (forgot her name) was good and attentive
It is also a great place to watch the UFC fights and football season coming up.

Our party got here and ordered before me and my gf got there so we didnt have to wait to get seated. We sat at the bar area and the waiter got our order and brought my beer out pretty quickly. And thats pretty much all that happened for next 40 – 50 min, my gf only wanted water and it wasnt until i asked the waiter a second time half an hour later that it came out. I think every customer at the very least should have a glass of water as standard practice but thats not the case here. Our food eventually came and it tasted amazing! Because i have been staring at food sitting at other tables… the staff probably does this on purpose so that we cant tell the difference between good food and bad food. Jokes on them because the food is still bad
TL:DR felt like a neglected child waiting for parents to come home

I came for an early morning soccer match and the place was pretty quiet. The server was attentive and my food came out quickly.
I asked to get a channel changed and the request was quickly honored. Overall, this was a good experience. The lunch rush was just starting to pick up around 12:15 PM on a Friday afternoon.

But seriously BWW… you need to do something to remain on top with the wing craze and now the local competition and prices. I would like to see wings not cost an arm and a leg. Besides the promotional Tuesday night wings which still isnt a killer deal, the prices are obsurd. You make a kiling on Beer alone. Other places in town which offer delicious wings have .25 and .33 promo nights.
I will of course return but most likely on the tuesday promo nights. We had a very nice and attentive server, we always enjoy the numerous wing flavor options as well.
