Gil is the most caring, professional out there. He was super friendly and reassuring even when I was freaking out and crying. He helped calm me down and was quick and efficient with what he did. My car however was being difficult. In the end, he had to fish out my key with a long stick and tape. It was one of the most amazing feats I had seen. After the process, he was so understanding. Simply amazing customer service. Thank you do much, Gil!

Gil definitely went out of his way to help me today. He came out within half an hour to unlock my car then worked out a deal to get me a key. He helped me out until the shop was just about to close and then he went off to help someone else, even after he was supposed to be home. Great service today and if anyone needs a locksmith in the future I will for sure recommend A Sure Locksmith in the future.
