7-Eleven

I was not pleased. I walk in with my friend and was politely greeted. But that’s not what upset me about this visit. My friend goes to get the Mountain Dew Game Berry flavor that they have and I noticed that it didn’t look as it was supposed to. But my friend keeps it anyway, good thing he likes coke. We get up to the register to pay and I tell the cashier, Rafi, that where it says there’s Mountain Dew, it’s actually coke. He just gave us this look like «what do you want me to do about it?». Instead of apologizing! He then tried to charge my friend for not TWO slurpees (yeah, forgot to mention that part, sorry) but THREE! And it’s their Super Bowl cups. When I made mention of THAT he tried to DENY it. The place where you slide your card clearly said 2 and then had a one below it. So my friend asked again and the cashier tried to deny yet again! My friend then became pretty adamant that he was being over charged. Cashier guy looks at his side and then says that he was sure he didnt but took one slurpee charge off and was like «oh yeah, oops.» I personally frequent this 7 — Eleven and never had issues with them until now. Learn your customer service bro. Don’t argue with your customer and tell them they are wrong when they are clearly right.
**The flavor my friend got is actually a MIX of Coke and the Mountain Dew flavor. Kind of gross but he’s not gonna even bother with trying anything else with this location.

Nice people and that’s always nice. A quick stop at the corner for whatever you might need.

This 7 – 11 has fresh whoopie pies. In case you’re looking for that kind of thing. [corrected — the whoopie pies are called «Fresh To Go». They look fresh, but only the clerks know how long they’ve been chilling in that rack.]
Otherwise it’s fairly standard, yet cleaner than most. And the hot dogs on rotation looked pretty fresh the one time I stopped in.
Convenience has its price. The least it can do is be clean and have fresh hot dogs.
