I really just want to mention the «women’s lounge» aka the restroom. It’s beautiful in there to be a bathroom. Nice corner table in the stall to sit your purse or whatever on. Nice private doors without the typical gaps of steel stalls. Plus they have this huge mirror that I find perfect for mirror selfies!

I stop in to check out their clothing and shoe selection about once a year visiting my parents for the holidays. The store is bright, colorful and decorated for the season. Always a live piano player playing a variety of music filling the store.
The staff always goes the extra mile in the fitting room making you feel comfortable, getting the right size for you, suggesting additional items you might have not seen on the sales floor, but not pressuring you to purchase the items at all.
I’ve purchased pants and jeans at Von Maur and they alter for free and will also ship to you free of charge if you don’t live in town.
