The Lofts At Willow Creek

I have tried contacting both Neisha Jett and Heather Jackson multiple times via email and phone, and I never get a response from either person.
As a prospective tenant, I will not be at a rental property that is so unresponsive!

My fiancée did a lot of research when looking into apartments here. We were sold on the finishes, even with the ridiculous price tag. When he first moved in, the apartment was disgusting and the paint job was atrocious. In the last couple of months, the stench of cigarette smoke has seeped into our apartment, consuming every article of clothing that we own. Neither of us smoke, but we go to work every day smelling like pack-​a-​day smokers! The whole hallway is now enveloped with the stench! If you have an issue, good luck getting in touch with the office! Do not move here!

I live at the lofts because I initially moved for a relaxing and luxury apts. this is not the case from my experience so far. I moved in and shortly after the following went wrong; ants, bugs and spiders in the apt, fridge drawers are broken, light fixtures were not working both-​in kitchen and bathroom, water pressure in the shower is very low, more hard water, toilet was clogged for 3 weeks and no one came-​luckily I had two bathrooms. My guests were using my personal bedroom toilet when visiting. My garage door locked my car in for two days and was not fixed for 2 weeks. The mirror in the master bathroom had mold around it. They offered to replace it, but broke the old one while making the switch and never notified me. They also didn’t clean the broken glass and I didn’t see it to clean it. I was getting out of the bathroom with no shoes on and stepped into the carpet and cut my foot open. They haven’t rectified the situations in satisfactory manner and aren’t responding to complaints in a humanitarian manner. For $ 1300 per month. I expect care and at least average service. I would move out with no doubt but they require ungodly broken lease expenses to move out. I now understand the scam.

Loved living here. My roommate and I had a blast and great times. The pool is killer with a hot tub. The neighbors are younger so a lot of things slide. Pricy but worth the cash. Newer style apts that are up to date. Pet friendly too.
