The Assistant Store Manager, Annie, has been amazing!!! I currently live in Hawaii, there is no Occasionally Yours store here. My mother in law had got me a Pandora ring for Christmas, I wanted to exchange rings and the Pandora store here would not do it. I called Pandora’s customer service and they would not do it either. I called this store and spoke with Annie, she was awesome! She was able to exchange rings over the phone, and saved me money on shipping (which is always horrible)! She contacted me back the next day to finalize the transaction and sent me a tracking number via email. She has been wonderful! She also said, she will ship it without receiving the ring I currently have first! I don’t know about the rest of the store, but she is awesome! I give her 5 stars!!!
