Fantastic Store and customer service.
The manager, Amy, is very kind and patient with customers. The prices might be a bit more than what you can find online, but they usually match prices from B/​H & Amazon.
DO NOT SHOP AT THE KETTERING STORE — that location has horrible customer service and terrible selection.

Hopefully, the name of the store on Unilocal will be changed shortly. The Click stores were bought by Dodd in 2006 and renamed in 2008.
It’s a small store with a friendly staff. They, of course, have Nikon and Canon products, plus some Sony products in the few cases they have. They also had one case full of used equipment, most of which looked as though it was related to the film era.
They also have Promaster tripods, some lighting umbrellas and a softbox. I was surprised to see that they had Think Tank carry-​on camera bags for air travel.
As with the Kettering store, there isn’t much of anything for serious photographers but they will order other equipment, if they deal with those brands.

My telephoto was not working right and my battery was dying – wouldn’t hold a charge. I’m on vacation when I realize all my pics are gonna be ruined… and no one at the local store had sent me an email reminding me that batteries die about two years out. So I was a bad customer to start – had to call three times for directions, was totally spaced out due to a ruined itinerary, heat, and trying to take 2 days of pictures in the last half day.
The guy here on a monday was stellar. He let me test my battery, he checked my settings, he diagnosed the lense problem, he helped me evaluate cost effective solutions, and he even accommodated me standing at the counter and downloading the full memory card to the mac «just in case»… that was my idea. I did leave with a new combo lens and both the old ones lest I decided the new one was not what I wanted. I also got a new battery which he said had to be charged (downer) but turned out to be fully charged (totally a gift from heaven since I didn’t have more than a few hours of daylight left to take pictures).
Cheap? Expensive hobbies never are cheap. Good value? Absolutely. He saved my memories – and I was expecting that maybe he wouldn’t even have the right battery.
