Gene’s Beaver Floral

I called From California to have flowers sent to someone in Beaver Dam. Sabrina answered and was very helpful and took my order and had the flowers delevered. I received a phone call from a very excited person an hour later. Thank you Gene’s and Sabrina.

After repeatedly running issues with trying to order flowers from a number of the larger florist websites, I opted to call «Gene’s Beaver Florist» in hopes of completing an order. The order, meant to celebrate a newborn baby, was going to a co-​worker of mine… I was beyond happy for the man and was more than excited to show him a small token of thanks for his contributions to my company.
However, once I called to complete my order, my mood quickly soured. The man, who called identified himself as Gene, was extremely short and rude with me on the phone. I won’t go into details about the specifics of his rudeness because frankly, he isn’t worth it. Nor is his business.
The overall experience left me feeling upset about the money, despite the fact that my co-worker’s wife loved what they delivered.
A lesson for Gene:
«No matter how great your product, customer service and satisfaction starts when you pick up the phone.»
I will not be ordering from here again. Nor will I suggest this place to any of my co-​workers, friends, or family members.
