Dairy Queen

Who knew Beaver Dam would have such a nice Dairy Queen? This place must’ve recently been remodeled and updated because it looks like no Dairy Queen I’ve ever been in. We stopped in after one of my nephew’s baseball games.
They had signage outside that said «Dairy Queen Parking ONLY» & a constable that was standing around outside. I was confused at first but then pieced it together that the high school next door was having its graduation. As we left the place started to fill up.
As I mentioned before, this place is nice! They’ve got large televisions for menus, a coke fusion machine, a huge freezer with DQ cakes & even the wall outlets have USB places to plug devices. I ordered one of the chicken wraps, the Buffalo version & a Jurassic Smash blizzard. I really enjoyed the wrap. I’d ever had one before & for 2 bucks it was good. I liked the buffalo sauce & cheese on it. The blizzard was yummy as well. It had peanut butter cookie pieces & cookie dough in it. From the coke Fusion machine I got minute maid lemonade with raspberry, so refreshing.
Why 3 stars? Well the building looks great, my food was good, but my sisters waffle cone was so rubbery & tasted as it was really old. The staff there wasn’t too friendly & a lot of them seemed liked they’d rather be someplace else.

Cold or Hot items Fixed to Order. No cold fries here! Burgers are hot, Chicken is Real, Service is Always on the Ball. These Folks are The After School Events Hang Out for good reason. Grab a Burger with Rings topped off with one of their Delish Cool Treats for Satisfying Lunch or Supper! But not to forget they serve Breakfast too!
