Set up an appointment with the manager (Melanie M) to discuss renting a storage locker. I started asking basic questions (sizes, cost per month, etc) as I was not familiar with renting a locker. Melanie was VERY rude and unbelievably disrespectful. She made a comment that «I should know the details, prior to renting a unit». I continued to ask questions and then she cut me off, ended the meeting and told me she was late and had to take her friends daughter to dance class. Then told me to get out! What a joke of a storage unit. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE unless you want to be treated like a second class human being. I will take my business and let others know to do the same
