This is the best, most honest company I have ever done business with. Very easy to work with, very polite, professional, quality craftsmanship, very fair prices, on time — no complaints. We actually encountered a problem where upon installation the wood stain color was too dark. I felt awful because the installation was in Big Bear but I refused to have them installed. Internally the color on the work order was accidentally changed. They could have been jerks about it as I did sign off on the work order with the wrong color but I did not check it that closely since it was more of my approval to start the work by approving the work order prepared by their employee. They were up front and honest and admitted their error and remade the shutters with the original color I selected. The nstaller showed up right on time today and I could not be happier with the final product. My job had a lot of detailed cuts and it all fit perfect. Thanks to Sabiha and Mel. I wish all companies I have dealt with, were this honest and nice.

I highly recommend Wholesale Shutters to anyone looking for the beauty of shutters in their home. I had a great experience with this company. They were able to beat Home Depot’s shutter price by 50%. I wanted shutters that were built local, not in China. Wholesale Shutters has a factory in Beaumont, CA. They use Bass wood and are of great quality. Everyone who works at Wholesale Shutters is customer service oriented. They are honest, friendly and reliable. When Randy, the salesman, came to our home to measure, show samples, and discuss price, he was on time, professional and already had a delivery date of 2 weeks out for installation. Melissa is the office manager and she is helpful, kind and professional. My shutters were delivered exactly on time, as promised. The installer was fast, courteous and cleaned up after installation. The shutters are stunning! We love them. I am completely satisfied with this company!

Her outstanding customer service pretty much nailed it for me. Sales rep came out, gave me a quote, and that was it. I placed order. Hector came out to install today. In 2007 I hired Wholesale Shutter from a flyer I received. They were prompt, professional, very reasonable, and most of all, honest. Eight years later, today, the quality of the shutters they hung on all five windows are still like new when they originally installed them.
Over the past eight years, I have referred other business to them, and most recently I’ve purchased another home and hired them to install shutters for three glass doors, and four windows. Once again, the service was excellent and the quality of the product is still wonderful.

I had my shutters installed just this week, and I absolutely LOVE THEM! It gives the room a whole new look and feel! I got another estimate and Wholesale Shutter Company was $ 700 cheaper, it was roughly $ 2,200 for 7 windows… They were flexible with appointment times, and the shutters were here in 2 weeks as promised! I would definitely recommend!
