This place was amazing. I took my 3.5 year old daughter with me for her first mani/​pedi and she wasn’t sure what to think and ALL the staff went above and beyond to make her feel like a princess. She ended up having the best time. Everyone there was so kind and accommodating and did an excellent job on both of our hands and toes. This will definitely be our new nail salon now that we’ve moved out here! Highly recommend!

I started coming here last January and I will not go anywhere else. The girls are honest and friendly and do a great job.

I have been here on 2 occasions the first time I came after getting my nails done at a salon in Upland and they were too thick and not shaped the way I wanted Wendy did an amazing job fixing them that was about 4 weeks ago. I came back this past Sunday ⁷⁄₁₉ to get a full set in the hopes that Wendy would be there to do them. Now not only were they late opening the store the sign said 10:30 it wasn’t until 10:45 that someone finally opened. Wendy wasn’t there so another women did my nails. When she applied the primer I noticed that she didn’t apply it all over the full surface of my nail, when she applied the acrylic there was so much all over my fingers and running under the nail itself they are uneven and misshapen not one looks like the other :-(It is now Monday they are lifting they’re uneven and there are spots in the back by my cuticle where it looks like acrylic is missing I am very unhappy and will NOT be returning.

My niece and I came to this nail shop at a whim. At first the man doing my gel manicure was very nice but worked slowly. He made nearly all of my cuticle bleed. Then he out on the gel nail polish and didn’t cover the whole nail. It looked like a child made a good attempt, but not good enough. I informed the man of the shortcoming. He said he didn’t see a problem. When I persisted another man came over and was telling me the same thing. He said you can’t expect it to be perfect. Then I got upset and told them whatever, know I am the customer and I am not satisfied and I don’t want to argue. Then the man said we can fix one, I told him its all of them. After argued with me some more the guy who did my nails originally, removed it all and started over. The was very careful and actually did a good job. But the guy who argued with me then went to finish my niece’s nails and was telling her how I am wrong and I have unrealistic expectations.
The customer service is poor. I should not be told, «you can’t expect it to be perfect». Furthermore it is bad business to bad mouth a customer to their relative. They are lucky I stilled tipped, I didn’t even want to pay for the service since it was that poor. I do not expect to return.

I have never had a nail salon that i consistently go to, iv been trying to find one for the past 2 years. This is the third salon i tried based on Unilocal reviews. They do not dissapoint!!! Wendy did my nails and she pays such close attention to detail, i didnt have to tell her to fix anything because she would find it before i even did! Over all i loved my experience, such a nice welcoming staff and a very clean salon as well! I will definetly be coming back!

THEIR ACRYLIC NAILS ARE GREAT, BUT…
I normally get a full set done when I go here and I like the job they do. They’re very friendly and make sure my nails are how I want them. However, two weeks ago I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure was alright, I’ve experienced better. The chair massage isn’t very comfortable, but you can always ask them to turn it off. My tech was finished 15 minutes earlier than what I had paid for and I was moved to a manicure station. The gel manicure was also just okay, I didn’t get a massage either time but I didn’t let it bother me. I was happy with the way my nails looked when I walked out of the salon, they looked fine.
But my pedicure chipped in three days, and my gel manicure started cracking and peeling after only five days!!! My at-​home pedicure last longer without chipping, and I’ve had gel polish last more than two weeks without any issues. Definitely not impressed, definitely felt jipped.

Their a little overly pricy. I’ve been disappointed with my gel nails more then once and haven’t gone back. The staff is still very friendly.

This review is solely on pedicures. I went to top nails & Spa on the 18^th of march for a pedicure for my sore and oh so neglected feet. I did not catch the name of the manicurist that did my toes but she is the older gal there. The pedicure was nothing really extraordinary. The hot stones were neat but they were just being dragged up and down my legs and not appropriately used as a massage tool. I even paid for the extra 15 minutes of massage which I was gypped on the time but that didn’t matter since it felt like someone just rubbing my lotion of my legs and not really a massage.
My polish was nothing to be desired. While looking at her polishing skill it was completely uneven and thick to the point were the polish started to bubble. I even returned the next day to have her completely repolish my toes. This time there was some slight bubbling and you can see a definitive line between where she didn’t apply the top coat of the polish evenly or covering the nail polish. But I was not gong to waste my gas a for a third trip to have the same gal fix what she is unable to.
My suggestion would be go to a different gal there, or a different nail salon.

Went in with 2 ingrown toenails and the girl who did mine spoke great English and was SO GENTLE! Plus my nails look flawless. Love it here!

First time here and I had a great experience. The girls were super nice and were a little busy but made sure I got my fill and pedicure. They were very detailed and made sure I was satisfied with their work. Lisa and Wendy did an amazing job and I will definitely be coming back

So I just came to get my nail fix because it broke due to them filing it to thin and they are not even open when their sign says opening 9:30am. This is very upsetting.

Love this place. Waited until my second visit to leave a review and they are consistent. Same great service as the first time. I recommend getting gel mani/​pedi, they do it right and it lasts forever. highly recommend

I work in the area, so I decided to give this place a try one evening after work. I was seated immediately for a very relaxing pedicure and manicure. I presented the technicians with a design for my manicure and they totally nailed it, unlike many other places in the area. Both of the women that worked on me were very meticulous — which I appreciate more than they’ll ever know. All of the prices were very reasonable, as well. This is definitely the best nail salon in the Beaumont /​Banning area. I will definitely be returning.

Okay so I really like this place and I’ve been coming here for a while now. Today made me doublethink coming here and finding new place. First off I had an appointment at 5:30 and I didn’t even get in until after six this is the second time this is happened. I usually pay $ 12 for a fill $ 5 dollars for the gelcoat and then the tip. Today they charged me a total of 23 because they said my nails were too long for the regular fill and my nails are still short. It seems like they trying nickel and dime you for everything you get done. Usually getting your nails painted of full-​color is free but if you paint one nail differently they charge you an extra $ 3 dollars and I even bring my own polish. I might be trying a new place in two weeks

I already written a review but gosh I love this place. Go hurry up and get your nails and beautify your self here. You will not regret it. They all are good and there work is quality. After getting your nails here go next door and grab you some grub at thai air. Now that’s a wonderful day out if you do that! Can’t beat the booth!
