I hope this location is better than the Nederland location because it was the single most unprofessional staff I have ever seen at a spa. Steer clear.

I have had several massages in my time, but the one I had here is the best I’ve EVER had!!! My 60 minute deep tissue turned into a 90 minute massage just from working out all my kinks and knots. James had hands of god!!! He works miracles!!! I’ve NEVER felt so refreshed and relaxed at a massage. I HIGHLY recommend James! He just needs to move to Mississippi!

This is the worst place to get your nails done. 1) They do not remove the cuticle. 2) Painting of the shellac is not good. Won’t ever have my nails done here again.

Really nice place. Great location — easy to get to; plenty of parking. I was not a fan of the tinted windows, as that is usually a bad sign, but once you go it it looks really nice and is very professional. I had a couple of services done — Algae Wrap; Mani/Pedi; Bikini Wax; Lip Wax. They did a really good job and were soothing. I don’t think my lip agrees with the wax they used, but otherwise everything was great! I definitely recommend.

PERFECTSPADAY!!! I had the most wonderful experience here! Everything is clean and they play some snazzy 60’s music that puts u in a great mood. I had the angel pedi. which felt so good and I didn’t even have to get my own polish! My deep tissue massage was so nice, quiet room relaxing music, just perfect. Everyone is polite and nice like they know u and the prices aren’t bad!

I was interested in eyelash extensions and made the mistake of going to this place in lieu of others. The driving force was that this location was more convenient and the cheaper price was a draw, as well. That should have been the indicator. I arrived, was taken in the back and was asked if I would mind if the application was viewed by a trainee. I did not have a problem with that at the time. The application took about 1.45 hours. Farrah(sp?), the technician, told me that she would not be placing extensions on each lash. This was my first time, so I said ok. The entire time, both eyes were watering. Apparently, this is not a good sign. However, at the time, I did not know better. When she finished, the lashes were ok. Not what I expected when looking at photos prior to the appointment but perhaps I was not specific in what I was looking for. One problem I had was that a particular eye was uncomfortable. Farrah told me that it would become more comfortable, that I needed to get used to it. She also told me that the straight extensions would eventually conform to my natural lashes and curl upwards. The process involved glue that caused my eyes to water and was not comfortable. In fact, there were moments when it hurt during the application, which I later learned should not happen. You should also not feel the glue or lashes, if quality products were used. Unfortunately, I could feel both. Fast forward TWOWEEKS. My lashes have clumped together, so I looked like Twiggy circa 1977 without the anorexia. My eye discomfort NEVER resolved. In fact, I had an abrasion on my cornea and that eye hurt continuously for the entire time I had these first set of lashes. I made another appointment with a certified application professional with 3+ years of experience to fill my lashes, which is what I thought I needed. I was wrong. Whatever glue was used at this spa was wrong and it was too much. The glue clumped my lashes together. So much glue was used and the ingredients did not dissolve with the remover or many other treatments. I finally had to try to remove it with vaseline and gentle pulling. Such an attempt resulted in not only removing the glue but HALFOFTHELASHES on one eye. Not only painful but now I look like I have some sort of eyelash mange. Simona Cast of Endless Harmony assisted me in the removal of glue from my painful eye. It took her 1.5 hours to remove the majority of glue from my irritated eye and was very painful/uncomfortable in the process. Fast forward to putting on a new set, with much better quality lashes and a better application(better quality glue and/or at least a better technique that at Tina’s) and I am extremely happy with the results. No pain. They look fantastic. I was given detailed care instructions, beyond«never get them wet», which BTW, isn’t very helpful. Now, I don’t have to use eye liner and mascara, as I had to with the painful set from Tina’s «heavenly touch» day spa. However, I did learn a great lesson from Tina’s. And that is that I will never frequent that establishment again for any service that is not from Tania and Suzette. I do recommend Tania Steele and Suzette, who are great nail techs that rent space there(obvi 3x better than Tic Tac. etc), but that is it. I would not recommend this spa for any treatment, unless it is mani/pedi from Tania or Suzette. Who are NOT under Tina’s management. One more thing, when checking out, I was asked to sign their application for Reader’s Choice Best of Beaumont. They had checked everything and I was only asked for a signature and email. I did so. I wish I did not, knowing what I do now. Visit at your own risk. –Mrs. Kendall C.

Had a pedicure with Adrian. Really liked her, and she did a great job. The space is pretty nice and the chairs are good. One star off because I called in and asked for the price of the basic pedicure and was told $ 25. I get there and found out that this doesn’t include polish, so ended up spending $ 30 instead. Not a bad price, but I hate surprises. They offer coffee, but don’t have decaf, so I had water. Someone said something about a «homey» atmosphere. I did not experience this. It felt like a friendly but entirely professional salon. Oh, one thing I liked about this place was that I called at 3pm on a Friday and was able to get an appt for 5pm same day. When I arrived, Adrian was ready for me. I appreciated that quite a bit.

I made an appointment here for a massage a few days before i ran a half marathon. My therapist was Robin and this was my first time into this place. I talked to her before we started and told her what I wanted and which areas to focus on. I have had a lot of massages at other places and keep bouncing around because no one seems to understand that deep tissue means exactly that. Robin, however, was awesome. My legs felt so good when I left. I had a headache when I went in and she worked on my temples and face and head also. I will definitely be going back to this place for a massage. They are a full service spa/salon so I might try this place out for my next mani/pedi and facial as well.
