Being new in the area, I was looking for a yoga studio and have found one that actually exceeded my expectations! With her positive energy, Sally creates a wonderful atmosphere, going above and beyond for the education and progress of her students. You are challenged at the right time, yet she is there to help and guide you if needed. the studio itself is tasteful, warm and inviting — I always have a really good feeling when I’m there. I highly recommend The Yoga Connection!

Nice studio with great vibe and décor. Perfect place to do yoga with a small and friendly crowd.

Great place for all levels of yogi’s! Especially Beginners! The teacher keeps the class motivated and she is fun! The room its self is nicely decorated and has a nice calming vibe. I am used to HOT yoga… so being in a nice air conditioned studio was a nice change. I still worked up a sweat though. I am grateful that The Yoga Connection is bringing yoga to Beaumont! Namaste!

This is the Yoga experience I have been looking for. The owner/​instructor/​guru Sally is incredible. She has created a warm, comfortable environment that feels more like a family gathering than a class. She teaches everyone at their own level and keeps the classes small so you always get some personal instruction. There are special events and coffee in the mornings, yay!
