1:00 appointment… took an hour and a half to see the audiologist and doctor. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.
There’s a playroom for kids in the waiting area and standard magazine selection for adults.
Office staff was nice and helpful.

Dr Jeremy Roabuck. Went to see him for my throat issues and he said I had to do a sleep study. Did the sleep study and was told to wait for him to contact me. I waited a month so I contacted his office to see what was up and I was told that I needed a CPAP machine. Now I went there to see a doctor about a growth that I have in my throat that I know needs to be removed and he can’t even contact me to follow up. They also tried to over charge me until I made a big deal about the cost of him looking at my throat and tried to charge me $ 450.00 I also found out that he is an ear specialist not throat by another Dr. So I don’t know if I was dumped do to that fact. I would have to say I did not have a good experience do to the lack of compassion or communication. I waisted my time and money.
