I used this company about a year ago to replace a windshield after one of the big companies removed my windshield but then refused to replace it… I found Pass Auto Glass and called, the tech was at my house within the hour and provided excellent service.
When my windshield on my truck got shattered today I called Pass Auto Glass for a quote, not only was the price hundreds cheaper than anywhere else I had called, he again was very polite and helpful and was able to get it replaced same day! Which was a big issue with everyone else I called. The tech is extremely knowledgable and helpful!
I HIGHLY recommend Pass Auto Glass.
If I need glass work in the future I will call them again before anyone else.

My windshield was chipped pretty bad & found this business through positive Unilocal reviews. I’m really glad I did. Ulises know his stuff. He is very knowledgable and answered every question I threw at him. It helps a lot talking directly to the person doing the work. I called a couple of the other big name glass companies and they had schedulers that were uninformative and gave info that I later found was incorrect. For glass made in the U.S. that was exactly like factory glass (without the logo), was acoustic, and had rearview mirror electronics was $ 315 with same day mobile service. My other quotes for the same glass was $ 380, $ 465, and Toyota wanted over a grand! Ulises came to my work place and completed in the parking lot within two hours. SLAM DUNK!

He was quick, responsive, communicated clearly about price and options, and had the windshield fixed in my mom’s driveway within an hour. That merits 4 stars, but he gets a 5th for coming out in the early morning, before his usual hours, so that my mom could still take her visiting granddaughter to an amusement park during our short visit. That type of customer service merits my unequivocal recommendation.
