Fabulous, I had the lamb and it was cooked to perfection, I would highly recommend a trip here. My son had the prime rib and my daughter had the ribeye! There were no complaints! Excellent service as well! Definitely a saved destination for a great meal!

One of my absolute favorite places to grab drinks and food. The staff make you feel welcome and like family. Pretty soon they are learning your orders and ask if you want them by name as soon as you enter the doors. The service can’t be beat!

I came here from out of town to visit a family member. My family decided to go out to eat and this is the place we choose. When we arrive The hostess said it will be a 45 minute wait be advised there was no one in the restaurant. My Aunt talked to them and they eventually said OK give us 5 minutes your table will be ready(So why the 45 minute wait?). Our waiter was nice and attentive don’t remember his name but nice Guy. The wait for the food was a little long but understandable since we were a big group. Food was good and cheap drinks! The reason why I am doing a review because who ever was the Manager Sunday was very nice. My mother ordered something she saw a picture of on the menu; when she received it did not look appealing nor smelled good at all. The manager quickly placed her a different order, also gave her potato soup while she wait, and when it was time to leave gave her some extra stuff in a doggy bag. Kudos to whomever the Manager was Sunday!

We live in Beaumont, so I placed an order to go to be picked up at 5:00. After waiting for ten minutes outside, I called them to tell them I was waiting. The girl was pleasant. However, I got home and there were no garlic mashed potatoes. We ordered the sirloin with Cabernet sauce. It was so tough and chewy we couldn’t eat it. Never again.

I have to give this place a five star rating. We frequent Outback on all of our travels, but have not previously visited this particular location. Clean facility, courteous staff, and excellent food; what more to ask for?! Marcus provided us with timely and excellent service. We will look forward to stopping here in future travels.

Excellent steak every time. Always cooked to order. Last night the lamb chops were perfect. The steakhouse mac and cheese is a must order. The cheesecake is fluffy and always freshly made. Great service. Cocktails are not the best, but beer is good.

We’ve been to this outback for lunch 2 weeks in a row. I am not sure WHY, but there were hardly any other diners there. The food was Yummy, I had the grilled shrimp, my husband had the Prime Rib sandwich once and the Ribeye melt the next. BOTH were delicious and very filling! We BOTH ate each time for under 25.00 per visit! The servers were very accommodating and friendly. The restaurant very clean and relaxing!

Stopped in for dinner and waited longer than anytime before. This is my first time at this location. The restaurant isn’t busy so not sure why so slow. The orders were mixed up. Not impressed here.

Service was a little lacking. Hamburger was supposed to be medium but it was medium well. The wait took a while because when we arrived there was no wait staff. Would not return.

I had not visited this restaurant in many years until today. First impressions: the restaurant appears very clean with warm colors. I still don’t understand why we had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated when I could see at least 4 – 5 empty booths from where I was standing. No one was seated there while we waited. Then we were seated in the bar area. Patrons usually choose to sit in the bar area. Service: pretty slow, mate. We felt overlooked several times. Food: very good. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh. I had the chicken /avocado/bacon sandwich. It was beautiful. My husband had the salmon topped with mango salsa. He loved it! We both would go back for the food!

It’s seems as if there are few places nowadays that you get a quality dining experience. This place has it mastered. The food was exceptional. I had the Outback Special sirloin and a glass of the house Cabernet. The Cabernet was brought in a carafe and aerated at the table by the waiter. To my knowledge this is one of the few places that does this for their red wines in the area. Manny was our waiter and he was nothing short of fantastic. He was attentive, knowledgable, and receptive to needs prior to being asked. We were told by the manager that our blooming onion was burnt prior to it coming to our table. This made for a minimal delay in getting it. The manager brought us a free appetizer voucher for the next visit. To me, this place does not get the credit it deserves. With many steakhouses competing for patrons– Outback will be receiving my business due to the overall commitment to quality and customer service.

Amazing drinks, awesome food, and excellent service! Started off at the bar with great, knowledgeable bartenders! Grabbed a booth and had some amazing bread and then a blooming onion… try their ranch! Had a salad with blue cheese and it was fabulous! Hubby and I split the Alice Springs Chicken… it’s my favorite entrée there, but they overseas ones the mushrooms tonight… still great! Try the Huckleberry moonshine or South Wales Sangria! Both were worth drinking!

I heard great things about the wings here so me and bestie came here for awesome wings and I’m glad we did. Ask for Danny to make your wings. He is the manager and he is happy to do it for you. Our waiter was John and he was so sweet. We will be back for the wings. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings!

We have had really crappy service at the Beaumont location in the past, but tonight they redeemed themselves! We were kidless so sat at the bar to avoid the wait for a table. There were 3 bartenders and not quite a full bartop so we were greeted right away by Brittany. Our appetizer order was sent as soon as we got our drinks and dinner soon followed. Everything came quickly and our drinks stayed full! No complaints, however I’m not sure it would have been as successful of a meal at a regular table. It seems that Outback is putting some effort toward customer satisfaction that was long overdue. I for one am thankful!

My mind has completely changed about Outback. I have never really cared for their over priced food, but the endless shrimp and steak will for sure keep me coming back year after year. Most notably the food was absolutely delicious, but the service was excellent as well. The interior is as you’d expect and so are the prices. But my God endless shrimp was so good. I would of stayed there until closing time if I would of been by myself but unfortunately my family doesn’t enjoy watching me eat 35,000 calories of shrimp and bread. Anyway Outback has went from«no thanks» to «yes please» after one experience and hopefully yours will be as good.

I’ll start with this is the first Outback I’ve eaten at in about 8 – 10 years because my last experience in Humble, TX was awful. So, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the 8oz. Victoria Filet Medium-Rare and it came out perfect(unlike some of my previous experiences with this chain). The wait staff was attentive and friendly even though they were under-staffed for the evening. My drink was never empty and my food came out quickly. Good experience.

We were recently in Beaumont for a night and decided to eat at the Outback. Our server was nice(he was actually«the home-schooled-like awkward around people and kind of oblivious, but very polite because that’s how he was raised» nice– which was interesting), even if we had to repeat ourselves a couple of times. Got seated right away, even though the parking lot looked jammed. Refills on beverages were prompt, as was the delivery of hot bread. My boyfriend did try to joke with the waiter at one point and the waiter totally didn’t get it and thought we were serious/insane. So that was awkward. Haha My only complaints were: –The food delivery was very poorly timed. We ordered an appetizer, salads, and entrees. The appetizer came out 30 seconds before our salads did, so it was kind of a decision on which to eat first. We were at a 2-top table, so there wasn’t a lot of table room to situate the plates/bowls. Then, our food came out while we still had salad and appetizers left. So we gave up on what was left of the salads to make room for the the large entrée plates. –Our waiter, while very nice, was trying to take full trays of food/drinks out to his section. Rather than just bringing us our beverages(2 waters and a soda) since we ordered first, he took the order of another table who were seated about 3 minutes after we ordered our drinks. So we had to wait about 5 minutes to get our drinks. No biggie, I was just thirsty! –The food was overly spicy. Like, I get it. Cajun food and seasoning is big down here in the Gulf region. But at a chain restaurant like Outback, I expect consistency. Had we requested our food extra spicy/seasoned, then totally cool. But we didn’t. Everything except the baked potatoes were spicy(yes, Caesar salads were even spicy. Don’t ask me how.). The potatoes tasted normal and we had both eaten earlier in the day– and THAT tasted normal(so it’s not like we were both just insane that day or anything). — — — — - Overall it’s a good restaurant. I hear that the Saltgrass down the highway is brand new(and therefore ALWAYSPACKED). If you’re wanting a steak and the wait is too long at Saltgrass, then come to Outback. Servers and hostesses are nice, food is good(although weirdly spicy, but if you’re from Beaumont you’re probably used to it), and refills are prompt.
