Best crawfish by far. I have a very sensitive palette, and I’m very picky with crawfish.
Fresh and clean is a must. They should be hot and fresh out of the pot, cook to order. Boil from a clean pot of water instead of using the same water for many batches. I do NOT like them drown in fat and seasonings and taste like a salt ball. They should be cooked perfectly, not over cook or undercooked. This place meets all the criteria! 10 stars.

My girlfriends and I stopped here on our way to LA for s girls trip, when it popped up I kinda thought my map was messed up because I didn’t think there was much in this area. We pulled up to a small trailer (the only reason I gave it 4 stars was the outside appearance) and I’m not gonna lie we were all a little hesitant but the place was very clean inside and the crawfish were really good! We had our choice of spice levels, we all chose mild and we all agreed we should have chose spicy. We were also give a choice of 3 dipping sauces which was a nice adding to our lunch! The crawfish were good size (for April) and we got 3 lbs each plus some corn and 2 potatoes for $ 19.50. The staff was very friendly and helpful too, we will be back for sure! Plus it’s BYOB so that’s always good :)

Love Juju’s! We always have the best crawfish here. Just be sure you like boiled crawfish – that’s all they have, unless you count the potatoes and corn for 50 cents each. It may be best to call ahead and make sure they have enough crawfish for you before making the drive out from Beaumont. Parking and space area limited, but they’re opening a new site soon to address these issues.

Worth the wait. Best crawfish in Texas. We drive from Dallas for these mudbugs. Recommend to all.

Hands down the best crawfish I have ever had. I have moved around a bit in the last few years and always make the drive out to Juju’s to eat here a few times each crawfish season. The crawfish are always cooked to perfection, perfectly seasoned, and you don’t have to worry about dealing with the small crawfish as they always seem to be medium/​large size. I love that it’s BYOB, the service is always fantastic. The only negative thing I have to say is that sometimes you have to wait to have a place to sit, but it is worth it! Every other place I try for crawfish I always find myself thinking that they just don’t compare to Juju’s. If you are serious about trying some of the best crawfish you will ever eat you have to give this place a shot!

I thought my friends were crazy for wanting to drive past the edge of civilization for crawfish. I confirmed their insanity when they said «The wait is only an hour!» As soon as our giant plates came out, I knew I would have to return. Soon. This place makes the best crawfish ever. Juju’s offers three different sauces, including BUTTER! Crawfish dunked in butter??? Yes. Yes yes yes. I would suggest getting your order to go, then hop in the back of your truck and chow down. The inside is tiny, and the wait will be longer if you choose to dine in. Prepare to wait at least an hour, something I usually don’t enjoy; but it is worth it. Best crawfish around (butter!).

So I’m new to the crawfish eating business, so I might not know exactly what they should taste like but I know these are up there in taste. The only better ones I had were in Louisianna. Little shack on the side of the road, look for all the cars you know your in the right place. I’ll be back…

BEST CRAWFISH EVER!!! I drive 4 hours from Austin to eat at Juju’s several times per season. They know how to cook them perfectly. Their seasoning blend is my favorite and you can buy some to take home. The crawfish are always the biggest you’ll find anywhere and easy to peel. And on top of all that, the staff is awesome, friendly, and hilarious. I recommend Juju’s to everyone that mentions crawfish.

Great experience. Small rustic place that serves tons of crawfish! I passed one restaurant coming to this one that had 1 car outside. Had to resist dropping in because this joint had great reviews. So I kept going. Glad I did!!! Friendly staff, great food.

Was love at first bite. The décor is Early Trailer Trash and the ambiance is basically Fannett Redneck. Get over it. Go for the mud bugs. Hard to describe the place any other way. It’s a couple of portable buildings in the middle of a cow pasture. I still urge you to make the trip to eat the crayfish. If you like crayfish then this is one of the better places to go. If you don’t like the little darlings then don’t go because I don’t really think they serve anything else. We have eaten there a dozen times at least and they are always good. Remember that there is a season for the critters and by June it is usually all over and done. There are other places to eat crayfish and most are pretty good but I still like this place best.

Went here yesterday because of all the rave reviews and the service was great but I’m sorry to burst the bubble, but I just had a way better batch at Crawfish hole in Winnie a few weeks ago! The crawfish was only seasoned on the outside… Kind of disappointed…

This place is THE REAL DEAL!
I stay in Houston and I love crawfish. I wait for the new season to begin so that I can satiate my need for having some crawfish meat. Sadly, Houston does not have good places serving crawfish. All the places I had visited had crawfish that were over-​seasoned and did not taste good. My wife found this place through her friend who is from Louisiana, so we went to give it a try. I must tell you that I have never tasted crawfish as good as Juju’s in Houston! The place is around 70 miles east of Houston near Beaumont in a small town, but the one hour’s drive was totally worth it. We had two 4 lb servings of hot and perfectly seasoned crawfish along with corn and potatoes with three kinds of dipping sauces which were lip-​smacking delicious. You will get ONLY CRAWFISH at this little shack — so you should be a crawfish lover to visit this place. You can BYOB and get some canned drinks for $ 1 each. The owner is a wonderful lady and you will meet really jolly people here having a good time. I will definitely come back here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good crawfish place in Houston!

If you’re like me and being up to you elbows in crawfish heads, getting covered in a spicy mess while knocking down beers from your cooler — a cooling necessity, by no means for the buzz — is your idea of the best day/​morning/​night that you can imagine, then you should check out this place.
I grew up outside of the south east portion of our state and only visit on occasion, so I garnered my unnatural affectation for sucking crawfish heads later in life. But before I entirely discredit my ability to review this place at all, I can only say this place is awesome.
It’s a shack in Fennett, just outside of Beaumont. They serve crawfish by the pound, corn, potatoes and sauce if you want it for dipping and that’s it — go ahead and order the pink sauce, only people who haven’t tried it will judge you. It’s BYOB and about as no thrills as it gets, but the quality is outstanding and for the price, the only way to get it better is to do it yourself (but there’s no prep or cleanup). If I’m in town and it’s crawfish season, expect to find me here with 5 or so pounds, a complete mess and completely happy.

Juju’s only does one thing. Crawfish. Unlike other restaurants who dabble in crawfish occasionally, this is Juju’s whole business, and they do it right. Prices vary depending on market rates but generally around $ 5 a pound. These are the best crawfish I have ever had. They peel easy and taste great. Corn and potatoes are extra. They have three dipping sauces to choose from– red, pink, or butter. Get the pink. The potatoes dipped in the pink sauce are amazing! It’s BYOB so bring your coolers. Seating is very limited, but they do to-​gos and I’ve seen people eat on their tailgates outside as well.

Best crawfish in the Golden Triangle. Don’t even try to tell me otherwise. Tiny little shack, big, giant crawfish, eclectic assortment of dipping sauces. BYOB! Party.

JuJu’s is flipping awesome. I love there crayfish and their sauces are top notch. The seating blows and sometimes you have to wait forever to get a table for a party of 5 or more. Overall, worth the wait and the bowel movements afterwords. I wanna take JuJu’s behind the middle school and get them pregnant.

Some of the best crawfish in the Southeast Texas area. This place is super small, but it is delicious. I consider this one of the best places you can get crawfish that doesn’t involve a backyard boil

Ambiance? What ambiance? And who gives a &%#@! The crawdads are stellar and perfectly seasoned. The price per pound varies with the time of the season and availability; however, they are a good value nonetheless. Corn on the cob and new (red) potatoes complete the menu. No need to take any time on deciding what to order, there is NO choice, and that’s beautiful. BYOB! Canned soft drinks are available. Open Wed-​Sat ’til 8PM and on Sunday ’til 6. Closed Mon & Tues. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
