This gym is relatively new to the area so there aren’t too many people that go to it, which I’m fine with since it’s never been crowded when I lift. It’s clean and has all the essentials like a squat rack, free weights(up to 120 lbs), benches, a good mix of machines, and a nice cardio area. They also have a nice back room with bumper plates for lifting and also crossfit type workouts. I’d love it if they had some 2.5 lb plates but other than that its a great gym.
