Beaumont Garden Center

We visited this place today and purchase our Xmas tree. They had great selection and great customer service. They secured the tree to our car and we’re very helpful. Let’s support our local businesses.

What a great asset to Beaumont. We showed up a few minutes before closing with our children. Bought about 40 plants and they walked us through everything including care and maintenance. We didn’t feel rushed. We received great customer service and even a discount. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location, nice appearing nursery. However, terrible customer service. I have gone here several times and each time experience a frusterating customer service experience. The manager is curt and rude!

We usually buy our plants at Cherry Valley Nursery, but thought we would give this one a try since we live in Beaumont. What a dismal experience. I was looking for dill (the herb) plants so I could grow my own. What the man showed me were 2 plants that appeared to have gone to seed and were somewhat looking close to death. However, he assured me this is the way the dill plants look and then proceeded to take us to a much larger one growing on the property that he claimed he had transplanted and it just took off. Also he showed me where the dill was in fact growing alongside the stalks. He also told me they love full sun and to be sure and plant them accordingly. It was certainly my fault for buying them anyway, but within a week of transplanting them into my yard, they were totally dead. They were planted in full sun, and watered through our drip system, which all of our other plants seem to be doing quite well. When we brought them back to the shop, first he said they were dry as a bone. Then my husband advised him they were being watered, so then he said we overwatered them and that is why they died. He was insistent that we had done something to kill them, and when my husband asked for a refund, he advised they do not give refunds, although they did not have it posted and my receipt consisted of an adding machine tape showing the total. I was most shocked at his nasty demeanor and accusing us of killing these poor plants. Needless to say, with that kind of customer service, I will only go to Cherry Valley in the future.

Nice place to shop. Not as wide a selection as Home Depot or Wal-​Mart but the service is really a plus! They care about the customer and do a good job of showing it.

Great service and very knowledgeable about all things plants. Every plant, tree, or flower I’ve purchased here is still thriving.

This used to be the place to go to for Sun Lakes and other senior citizens. Lately, NO ONE there seems to understand what plants r best for our area. Really nice lady Lena who does her best. Would recommend Cherry Valley Nursery over this one. Bad management.

Very helpful and lots of knowledge on the right plants for my yard. We buy our Christmas tree from Jason each year too. If you have questions, these guys can help you out. Good prices too.

Friendly and excellent service. Picked up a Thompson seedless grape vine, looks like it will be ready this summer, can’t wait since the fruits are growing nicely. I also got two raspberry plants, they will need more time to grow and blossom, be patient.
I love their iris plants, truly a great selection and reasonable prices too.
I highly recommend this lovely garden center in Beaumont.
