I have been going here for several years and never had a problem. She has slimmed down wide pants , hemmed items, even reconstructed a lined jacket. I had two knits sweaters that were too long and she even was able to shorten them! I have never been disappointed

Kim’s is slowly going down the drain they don’t have clothes ready on time and it seems as though they are starting to struggle with having your items done properly

On time, quick turn around, pleasant people, clean and well organized. I’ve had relatively simple stuff done and the work was flawless. Holding off a 5th star just because I have not yet given them a really challenging job. They do a lot of tailoring for local military personnel, so that speaks well of them.

Been going to Kim’s for about 2yrs now and never had any issues. Her price is fair and quick at returning your Items. She’s helped me out so many times when I needed an item back within 2 days or less on tailoring for quick notices without complains and still does a great job. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

I’m very surprised that Kim’s has no reviews because I heard of this location thru word of mouth from numerous people. It’s kind of hidden and not the best looking establishment but don’t judge a book by its cover. I only gave a 4 star rating because I’ve only gone once for a basic hem up on some slacks but the people were courteous and seemed pretty busy but I had my pants back in less than a week.
